If you were regged for a SNG when they reset last night, that SNG has probably already finished (you blinded off, bra).

They SHOULD refund you, but...?

To clarify: when they suspended most SNGs last night, players were unable to unregister... then, when SNGs came back online today and filled up, players were SOL if they weren't logged on).

I got paid in 3 6max sng for 3rd place anywhere from 20 cents to 35 cents. Really don't understand it but they paid that out to me. I think they should have to refund the whole buyin back to me. I emailed them and sent screen shots but I guess it may take awhile before they get back to me.

Try the freeroll tab. Make sure you don't have any filters on.

Right you are I was under freerolls ---> Micro and it's only under Freerolls ---> All.

I found one the night it started crashing that awarded 100 PCPC Step 1's to 1 winner, haven't found that one again.

Everyone here is so silly they flock back to the site as soon as it comes back up, and forget every time it went down recently not even checking with their support team to inquire what was done to fix the problem and make sure it never happens again. If you guys had even 1 brain noodle up there you would boycott the site until they increase reliability or play somewhere else (everywhere) that is much more reliable. Instead as soon as you see a new feature you go right back and that is all they focus on.

I had been playing for like five minutes. Did get one MTT stack to 5x the starting stack so losing the equity sucks but the time investment is nil. so yeah I'll be back whenever they get up

Also I would rather put up with this problem then talk to their support team. That is how incompetent and difficult to deal with they are

How long does it usually stay up? Should be asking them how their uptime rate compares to industry standard IMO and asking them to publish this year's uptime so we can compare for our-self if it matches industry standard.
