This thread is pages long, and I've played cash plenty of times with sporadic disconnects as well. It is pretty apparent that their security, servers, or a combination of both is a result and there has been no improvement in as many months / years that this thread has been open.
I do think WPN is the best option for US players and I do think WPN_TD tries to right all the wrong that happens. However, their lack of communication and the consistency regarding this issue is troublesome.
