So at what point do we fail to accept the above as an excuse, and expect WPN to upgrade their systems or stop using that reason as a default for every disconnect?

This thread is pages long, and I've played cash plenty of times with sporadic disconnects as well. It is pretty apparent that their security, servers, or a combination of both is a result and there has been no improvement in as many months / years that this thread has been open.

I do think WPN is the best option for US players and I do think WPN_TD tries to right all the wrong that happens. However, their lack of communication and the consistency regarding this issue is troublesome.

Think im gonna cash out all but 2 bullets for the oss main and switch to ignition. ive lost ~2k in SNG buyins this year from crashes that werent refunded. is ignition better? any thoughts?

The lags and crashes have only been happening for 5 years. No big deal.

My tourneys just keep randomly freezing (like only ONE or TWO out of 8 tables) and then work again once I close/reopen them....anyone else have this issue sometimes? It has happened a few times, and I often don't notice until 10 mins due to multitabling.....support does not acknowledge it.....is this on my end? My internet is fine.

Yes this happens to me all the time. Very frustrating because it's hard to notice when multitabling.

this sucks i had piles in a bunch of the bigger mtts of the day. Hopefully they pause everything and restart it right quick. id hate to lose value on my chips in mtts that started nearly 5 hours ago that arent in the money
