I had a similar experience. At first I was told by support that they were having a synchronized break and I should restart the software. I had to explain that double or nothing sit and go's don't have synchronized breaks.
Then later support finally acknowledged they were having issues, and that I would receive refunds 'if applicable'.
Well, I tried to play 2 sessions today, both times I was frozen out of games and lost all the buyin $ for those games(except for 1 game, that i must have been able to fold to a win) so it's pretty damn 'applicable' that I should receive a refund for that money that I lost, but I have yet to see any refunds and am so far just getting the run around by support that doesn't seem to have any idea what is going on.
