I'm over all of this nonsense. I had several big stacks get blinded down for a min cash yesterday. Today i was second in chips in an OSS event. I keep emailing and have yet to get a response. I've been in almost every tourney for the past two days and maybe 10 percent have ran smooth. This is beyond frustrating WPN rep, I'm hoping for responses and refunds ASAP. My sn is JuanHundredPesos on 5 dimes.

ok holy &*$! I do not want to be a douche, but we do NOT want to hear about new features when you site lately has not been able to run for multiple days in a row w/out crashing, costing us $$ that we have to fight you to get back.

You guys should be putting 110% of your resources into getting your site running and stopping the disconnects. I am literally afraid to play on your site now.

I had a similar experience. At first I was told by support that they were having a synchronized break and I should restart the software. I had to explain that double or nothing sit and go's don't have synchronized breaks.

Then later support finally acknowledged they were having issues, and that I would receive refunds 'if applicable'.

Well, I tried to play 2 sessions today, both times I was frozen out of games and lost all the buyin $ for those games(except for 1 game, that i must have been able to fold to a win) so it's pretty damn 'applicable' that I should receive a refund for that money that I lost, but I have yet to see any refunds and am so far just getting the run around by support that doesn't seem to have any idea what is going on.

Ok i did get a full refund pretty painlessly i am satisfied but i hope the 1 mil runs really smooth. Thank you bcp for refund in a timely fashion.

Great now I registered for some sngs considering it's Happy Hour points and I can't even view the games I'm in which I went to close the software and it can't even retrieve the tournaments I registered for too yet it deducted the money from my account.

I got one lobby where it shows I'm registered and I can't unregister from it but it shows I can register again which I clicked register and the buyin box popped up. It's been sitting like this for a while now and just give me a refund already you silly software lol



Then I have this lobby too where I am unable to unregister but in this one it don't show my name in the lobby but clearly it has unregister as the option and not register so when I unregister I get that popup saying I'm unable to unregister:



edit: Took about 20 minutes but finally got my money back from unregistering the games I did.

I reported my chat experience and what happened with me today. I'm not happy about it as they potentially cost me thousands of dollars and in return they offer us refunds. If you don't like it don't read it or ignore me. Thanks and have a great night.

You know the site is having problems with any tournament games so why are you registering for anything but cash games? Because they are there to register for? Use common sense until you know the problems have been fixed.

I figured I would give it a shot again someone has to test these things and I do see a few games running.

The real question should be why is the network letting us register if the site is having so many problems?

I'd say it's about 99.9% they are cancelled with refunds at this point cause no way are they going to resume a tournament that has been stalled for over an hour or more at this point of the day.

Can´t get on the website now. Can´t get on the poker client. What´s the point of having all these innovative features if nobody can access them? Dread to think what is going to happen on Sunday when the Millions is on!!!

Downtime has begun.

We're aware with the troubles over the last two days, the timing with this addition looks unfortunate. What most don't understand is a feature like this has been under development for some time and the date for this upload was scheduled months ago. The site was running well before the 7th. Yes, at the moment, all our resources are going into fixing the cause for the disruptions.
