It was super laggy around 11 eastern time this morning. Took about 2 minutes to deal a river card in an all in spot of a HUSNG.

it's the thing everyone has been waiting for. its just like live poker, we can wait 2 minutes for a hand, longer for a player to make trivial decisions, get berated by players that lost a 2 outer...if only they could link up with amazon to deliver drinks

I two-tabled cash games for around an hour with mostly no issues. I then registered for 3 MTTs a half hour ago, and they were freezing up every few minutes. As of about 2 minutes ago, the tournaments were paused, and the message we see so damn often, "Tournament suspended by host." It really sucks that it's most likely going to be another weekend weekend of crap connections and cancelled tournaments. Right now all I have is 3 tournament tables sitting there with cards not being dealt. If you open the Lobby, it just says the tournament is paused and still in late registr

It's amazing how they keep the player pool that they have interested with how often WPN has issues. I mean--I keep coming back. It seems like most of the regs do too.

This message just pops up, and the only option was to close out the tournaments:

"In keeping with our continuous efforts to provide our members with the best online cardroom we must shut down shortly to upgrade our systems. Thank you for your patience and we hope to see you at the tables after this disruption.

-The Management Staff"

However, if you click on the "My Tournaments" tab, it shows I'm still registered for all of those tournaments.

i had 2 "suspended by host" well before x:55

in addition to a ton of lag the past 1-2 hours

It doesn't look like the tournaments have officially been cancelled. I recommend waiting to see what happens. If they start back and you've logged off for the night, I wouldn't expect to see refunds.

There should not be any need to email support. They always issue refunds. Now, will you agree with the refunds if you were ITM of a tournament? That I can't answer.

I got a refund but it took 45 minutes of dealing with support trying to tell me nothing was wrong and then giving me the run around. GL, boys, I'd call in.

So are you still playing the tournament you got a refund for? Because all of the tournaments that froze are now back up and running.
