I spoke with a rep from Poker Host after chipping down 80% in the $109 50k and was offered a refund. I registered and was taken to a blank table with no players.

If anyone registers and then can't get to the table, if the table eventually loads, the reps prefer that you don't take action and just sit out. I went all in and the rep got pretty angry and almost didn't issue the refund.

So yesterday when all the freezing, unable to login, crazy stuff started to happen, I was in a tourney that was frozen. No action on the table happening at all. After ~60 minutes I just shut it down and went on about my day.

Rebooted and logged in today. That same exact tournament opens and it is frozen in the exact same state. LMAO!

I can now reg and play other tournaments while that one just sits there, suspended in time. I wonder when/if it will ever go away.

Hi Winning_TD the lag is unbearable. I managed to win a seat through the lag to the 28+2 10k at 6p

I'm not sure what to do, due to the lag effecting play?

My tables kept dropping out and would say something like "could not establish connection to the server. do you want to retry connecting?" As soon as I hit yes, it always reconnected right away.

But my tables don't pop up when this would happen. So after like 3-5 minutes of having a browser open I think "huh... haven't seen my tables pop up in a while" and find I've missed out half an orbit of the 2 tournies I had running.

Don't think the error was on my end since I was doing other stuff online as well, but not 100% sure. In any case, why wouldn't the software reconnect automatically?

In a SNG that I just finished my FOLD button disappeared for about 45 seconds, then it came back and I was able to fold. During this time I could not type in chat--I hit SEND but nothing happened.

I'm going to sign out of ACR for now. I'm going to study for an hour or so, then I'll come back to this thread to see if anyone else reports problems on the site.

If I remember correctly the rules state that if a tournament is stuck for more than 30 minutes it will be canceled and buy-ins will be refunded. You didn't need to wait for an hour.

I think that they just broke their own rules, just as they have before:

"We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our tournament gameplay will resume at 1540EDT. Thanks you for your patience." That's more than 30 minutes. What a joke this site is.

I just called they are making updates would be nice if they let us know about this stuff ahead of time

A bunch of the lobbies were off they had 1$ buy in with $27.50 rebuys to a 6$ satty and all kinds of mistakes had to shut her down to fix
