****ing wpn, worst possible ****y site on the face of the heart. Dont you have a ****ing employee who can stop the games when people cant act, cant see the cards, cand do nothing and others steal the blinds? What ****ing company are you? A money laundry company, is that it? ffs, bunch of ******s, incompetents...

Just spoke with support if they have any plan in place to fix the connection issues lately and they are denying anything is even happening. Absolutely absurd. If others could contact support and confirm they are also having this issue maybe they can't continue to pretend it doesn't even exist...

A couple months ago I was in an MTT and my table was lagging badly. I was in online chat with support, telling him in real time what was going on when our table was playing.

I would say that I saw someone's time bank count down toward zero, or that an orbit took five minutes, and he keep telling me that all of the tables for that tournament were paused. I said no, my table is still going and I'm telling you in real time what's going on.

He didn't believe me.

EDIT: I told the support guy that I could give him the tournament, table and hand numbers. He wasn't interested. I don't know if he just didn't want to deal with or, or if he thought I was lying.

This is a key point and I tried explain it to my support guy. As soon as one person in the tournament is affected and someone else is not, it's no longer an even playing field and the tournament must be stopped immediately.

About 20 minutes ago I tried twice to enter a SNG with 8 players listed. Both times I got a pop-up that said:

"Registration Error!"

About 10 minutes ago I started my own SNG and got in with no problem. No one else joined so I just unregistered, and the first SNG I tried to enter is still listed as having 8 of the nine players required.

I had a similar situation a few months back, I was final 3 tables of their Sunday Tournament Major, and was disconnected for 30 minutes (I tried different connections/computers, finally got one working). They tell me that everyone else had missed the hands too (in reality it was maybe 4-5 players at a full ring table), when I looked at the hand history, in my hands that were auto-folded other players were raising and taking down...

They also told me they don't do equity payouts, very disappointing.

Has anyone had severe lag while playing yesterday and today? I suspect it may be my internet, but I was able to stream a movie online just fine last night after I gave up, so not sure at this point.

So question for you guys...have you ever experienced lag much beyond 12 tables, and if so, how did you correct it assuming that the poker site is innocent and you know your internet is rock solid?

It seems like I experience very unplayable lag when I go much beyond 12 tables on ACR, which is frustrating, because I have a 50 mbps internet connection and a brand new computer with 16 gigs of memory on it. I have no idea what could be causing the lag...I don't have anything else open while running SaT, PT4 and ACR.

I'm not sure what your pc specs are, but my guess is that's the problem. I used to run over 45 tables (before the 24 table cap) with sat, pt4, and other software running with no problems on a Dell XPS 8500. Check your pc specs against these: http://www.pcworld.com/product/12182...r-desktop.html

I decided to ask tech support last night and they're looking into it for me. I just bought a brand new computer and it's specs are actually similar to those. I have an AMD FX-8800P with 16 gigs of memory and a 50 mbps internet connection.

Lagging for anyone else?

Jackpot tables opening up but stuck resolving name server and random disconnects.
