so WTD the refunds will all be processed by the time i get on tomorrow around 10 am pt?? or when should i expect all my refunds to be in my account i was playing a tourney and three sngs

I understand your point here and to be honest we know HU anything can happen. Unfortunately its a real tough one but we cant go on chip counts in a HU match. One double up and one small pot and its near enough even stacked again.

It is a tough one as i said but we have to just refund buy in and fees.

I am trying to be one customer service rep on here for everyone right now whilst we get the reports together as we speak for refunds. My team are doing it now then we will send it to CS and they will start the process. As you can imagine there are quite alot of people that need refunding so i cant give you an exact time on when it will be done today.

Ok simple question just to make sure so i can relax I was in a 10$ double or nothing sit and go and i think everything crashed cause my internet works and the poker site doesnt. Will i be refunded my buy in for the double or nothing sng?

Thank you for the responses in here. As you saw with my thread, I wasnt very happy with what happend. Im still not. But atleast we have this thread for questions ect. And as you said, you will be A. Giving Full Refunds and B. Finding a way to make it up to us.

If (and only if) BOTH A and B happen, I will CONSIDER keeping my business at ACR. I get about 50 bucks per week in Rakeback, so I'de like to think I am a somewhat valueable customer.

when are you putting the site back up

Me personally value everyone that plays on the site. I want big things to happen and they are coming. I am really passionate about the site and we have got amazing things coming in the next few months. Just all this BS sets us back and yes makes us look so bad. But no one will lose out on money.

We are a very trustworthy site and i wouldnt say this if it werent true. Unfortunately we cannot help when servers crash. Its a very rare thing to happen but just so happens that its come all at one time.

I try to please the majority. One thing i will let you all in on to try and sweeten the deal is that next month the big gtd tournaments are going to get bigger. There is alot more to come.

Right now i will make sure everyone is refunded in the correct way.

My honest opinion right now would be. Stay off the site until 8am ET. We have technicians working on this problem as we speak. If you are a cash grinder it doesnt affect you too much if it crashes, still annoying but can be dealt with pretty easily. With tournaments and sngs its a bigger problem.

This is only my second week in Americascardroom. I really do like your site. However in the crash today I have two questions.

1. I was in a SNG 9 seat normal. When it crashed I was in 2nd place and no one had been eliminated yet. Does everyone get their entries back, or are refunds based on chip count?

2. I also had signed up for another 9 seat SNG. 6 people were signed up when I crashed out of the other one (see 1 above). I then tired to cancel out of the second SNG. But the system was no longer recognizing me. Will I get a refund or am I out of luck if the SNG started without me?

I know you are up to your ears in alligators. So I will understand if you cannot get back to me.

I was in $27.50 10k guaranteed, and did not receive my refund. Doubt Ill ever put money on BlackChip again.

1) Yes as no one had busted we refund buy in plus fee back to all players.
2) You will not be out of pocket for this. No one else would of been able to register therefore you would of just got an automatic refund.

Its going to be a long day. I will be here to help people. Seems to be a little less hectic right about now. At some point sleep does sound like a good idea

Ridiculous that the server's still down after 7 hours. Just simply frustrating. 3 times down in 72 hours, twice alone today ... seriously, WPN needs to get it together because just as it looked bright, seems that everything is falling apart and the traffics just going to be worse now. *sigh*

Has refunds gone through for anyone in the canceled tournaments yet?

I am assuming that if I am in a 9 man SNG and lets say 3 people got knocked out before the crash, then those 3 do not get a refund, but the others get a refund and also split the remaining prize pool?
If that is correct, is the split by chip counts or just a straight split?

Also when will the refunds be made, I have checked my transactions and do not see any refunds applied. Can you provide a path on how to check if you got a refund?

This make me wanna cash out my funds there now, cant even get a good grind going, I really am on WPN side as to being one of the best places for americans to play but this got to stop!

WTD, this is pretty frustrating. If you knew there was going to be a planned update around noon today, why let every one know that it's probably ok to play at 8 am today? Why schedule the 11 am and 12 pm tourneys?
