Yeah, typically I give it 2 mins to unfreeze before closing out and logging back in. Have had to do that 4-5 times. Working right now but feels like a matter of time...

lol no way they canceling a 2nd time pause and continue it next week from another server location imo

Red = dropped packets across those networks..

For those who PM'd me we are reviewing the info and doing some tests against your IP's to look for routing issues / latency issues and anything else we can find.

im still not having lag, only lobbies.

I have no pm, but I am in Midwest, if that helps.

Can post most of IP if it is safe to do so publically

i've only been placing on WPN for like the past 2 years. is this literally only the 2nd time they've tried to hold a tourney for their biggest guarantee tourney in their history? was a million guarantee actually able to complete in 2012-2013 before?

This is their second ATTEMPT at the same million dollar tournament. Last one was canceled back in December.

finally reconnected, just in time to run AA into KK preflop, K on flop for a top 50 stack. Looking forward to never playing on WPN anymore.

i know that. but before the million. were there like 750k guarantees or something that finished before? if they cancel this tourney again, i'm gonna believe the theory of them raping people from satellite fees and are doing this on purpose.

This tourney is not cancelling. I guarantee that
02-22-2015 , 09:12 PM
pretty much done with this site as well

Running the 300k and 5 wsop seat alongside the milly prob. not the best decision.

The network has only been around in its current iteration since 2012 and has been very small until recently. No, they have never tried to run anything close to this big before (besides in Dec). I think they may have did like a $250 or $300K at one point, but that's about it.

FWIW, the last time they cancelled because they were getting DDOS attacked like every other poker network had been.

I'm not very happy with how the issues were handled last Sunday, but they certainly aren't intentionally crashing the biggest tournament they've ever tried to run just to collect rake from satties. This tournament having problems does much more harm to the network than the potential $ they could make with your satty conspiracy.

You have to include rake when talking about overlay so 30k is correct

Except there's also rakeback and stuff, so I always figure they only make 30-50% of the rake, and in some cases, less.

That's nuts. They probably lost money on the satellites overall because of overlays.
