Can't login the client either. I'm contacting support and I bet the response I'll get is that the software will be up in an hour cause it's always an hour with ACR.

Update...

Its an ISP issue.. I have suspended everything running and in late registration.

If the issue isnt resolved by 1.30pm ET refunds will be awarded as per our T&C's

Confirmed epic crash right now op was just 9 days early with it.

As Winning noted, this is an ISP issue, a major carrier for Central America which in turn has affected most of the internet in the area (including redundant links)

We are in touch with them and will keep everyone posted as we have more information.

They are blaming this on "one of the large internet service providers". Anybody find any truth to this? Also they are trying to tell me the tournament I was playing was in late registration and will be reimbursed according to ACR policies for tournaments in that particular state. The tournament I was playing was in "running" status. What a bunch of crap.

Mtt's in running or late registration will be refunded as per our T&C's.

down

in the same boat, flopped set of 10s on 1 table, all 4 tables timeout with no buttons to bet/fold and unable. Of course they can never refund via the equity value of the the hand, but I better get something back or I'm gone-zo.

pretty sure they restarted their servers to address the bug which was preventing welcome/registrations emails from going out and also address the problem of emails not requiring validation.

I thought i had saved the CS convo which was ridiculous, but apparently thats not working either.

I had built up a nice chipstack in my DoN, incredibly frustrating.

Also BTW, your site doesnt do a Damn thing for non-holdem poker players. Pretty pathetic...

Thing is this was brewing all day before crash
Leads me to believe support is bs about server crash
Looks more like same ole software
Was timing down and going inactive often
Took a break cuz of it came back and forgot actually reged and then boom crash
Now support expects me to wait for thirty minutes to see if it reconnects
In a hyper husng seems unrealistic to expect me to wait for that instead of just auto refunding when site is back live but I am sure I will have to send emails and beg as always for my buy in back and be told it was my CPU and update my internet explorer lol as always

And this is why...anytime I try to grind there is always an issue how many others feel the same
Not a good model to attract or keep players rather customers as that is what we truly are happy

So frustrating
And here I go to log into your competitions site and play there
12-01-2014 , 02:58 PM
Back up now but the point I have another client open and am already playing
Everyone can keep licking the brown on wpns hole but in all reality no matter what they try to do for players or the game until these things are not regular occurrences it really doesn't matyer

There have been no server restarts for any bugs or issues, this is an ISP issue. We are doing re-routing of our services and hope to be back up in the next 10-15 mins.

This affected all of our services from websites to the client across multiple ISP's.
