1st of all i am as p*&^&ed off as everyone that this has happened again. Unfortunately this was completely out of our hands as our internet company has really messed this one up to try and fix the problems from today.

I promise you that i am doing everything right now to get all refunds accordingly and also i know now there was a small problems with some refunds on Sunday.

Personally i am going to deal with this all tomorrow. But right now i have to sort out all the tournaments that have just gone down.

I cant respond straight away but please be assured everyone will be refunded accordingly and fairly. I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT.

I can only apologise and as you know i am very honest. This was completely out of our hands.

I will think of a way to try and kind of make it up to you guys and every other player.

Tell them to reopen the 6 max 100BB tables... all are missing.

People that got knocked out during re-entry that went to re-enter (me) get their refunds back also right? because if not then thats really messed up in re entry esp if i didnt get to re enter

Make it up by changing the rules of refunds? I was high stacking in 2 tournaments during the first crash which were both barely out of the money, one of which was 5 players away. It seems unfair that it just gets divided up evenly at that point...

wtd, when you get a chance tomorrow, could you tell me how i can access the sportsbook without going through a wpn poker client? its pretty important.

If a Multi-table Tournament is not in the money is cancelled, players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation: a. All players that remain in the tournament would receive their buy-ins, rebuys and re-entries back. b. The remaining prize pool would be divided equally amongst the players remaining in the tournament.

I realize that this is out of your hands and it sucks that server keeps crashing...but if you guys aren't 100% confident in your server, why post tournaments for registration, why open cash tables, why let anyone invest any money in your site?

Please for all of our sanity, fix whatever server issues you guys are having, whether it be hackers or your internet company, because this whole 'sorry, server crashed again, you'll be refunded, it was out of our hands, please play tomorrow...' thing is getting old.

I know the terms and conditions but the tournament was still in re entry and making plays based of that is what alot do. So if thats the case then it's screwed up. Ive read over the t+c multiple times.

We havent changed the rules of refunds. How ever many players are left the prize pool get divided by chip count. If a tourney has finished late reg we honor the guarantee because that is the prize pool. If the tourney is still in late reg then we go by the prizepool as per our terms and conditions.

Madnerd - All re entries are refunded +FEES. The only people who do not get refunded are players that have busted as they were already out. Again, the rest of the prizepool is split up as per chip counts.

I am cancelling all tournaments until 8am ET. This way everything will be back up and running as we should not encounter anymore of these problems. I understand everyones frustrations and as i said i am not happy either.

So I lost $109 making a big play knowing I could reenter right before you're site goes down and now I'm punished making that play when I intended on reentering? That's so not right

We cant change the t&c's based on players playing differently in the re entry period. The only way to resolve that issue is by refunding every single player even the guys who did not re enter when busted. To me this is the fairest way. Also the remaining prize pool split up will be a small amount of extra money according to chip stacks.

The tournament rules on the site state that this is only the case if the tournament has reached in-the-money status, which in my opinion is unfair.

I was 3 bullets in the 10k. However, I only had around 11k when your site crashed. I would like to know if I will still receive at least what I paid to play(3bullets and reg fee)?

I agree. This is the second time in a few days this has happened while I was playing. Tournaments that are In re-entry everyone should be refunded. People play freeze outs r+a and re entrys different. T+c should only apply to r+a and freezeouts not re entry. Not ok with being screwed twice due to this bull. 1st time I let it go but again? If this is how it is I'll be leaving your're site. Being punished for you're mistakes especially when it comes to money is not cool. You said you want to make it up to people so do it

I have contacted live support several times for details as to what I got back as a refund and for which tourney, which are not viewable anywhere in any ledger.
In addition, I was told that I would get an email detailing that information within 5-10 mins, then recontact 1 hour later only to be told they are still working on that email, and then never got it.
In addition addition, the email chat to self doesn't work either, conveniently.

Hey, I was 2500 to 500 in a HU SnG. Will we both get the full money back or will I get more depending on chipcount ?

Fair enough. Sorry for aiming my frustration towards you. It's just tough when time and money is wasted. Hopefully things run more smoothly in the future.
