Cashier not working Cashier not working

Hi guys,
i am having trouble viewing my cashier. i keep getting a dark screen. Everything else works fine. anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations on how to fix this? Tested adobe flash and it works. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the poker client and no luck.

I deposited last night via chat because of the same issue. The rep mentioned they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. However, even after noticing the client updating today, the cashier page is still black.

Seems to be working off and on...worked last night but not this morning for me

same.. cashier was working perfectly fine all day long for me. as soon as i finished off the last event of the night, my cashier no longer works. i've reset and restarted a bunch of times. went to sleep. here we are 9 hours later and cashier is still not working

edit:
was able to get this working, i requested assistance via live chat and was informed that clearing my cookies and browser cache (which i did) and making sure my flash player and java script were up to date (which i didn't do, computer is fairly new and idk how to check if they're up to date manually hah) should work; and my cashier is now working again.

Hello, our IT department are checking this situation. Some players are getting the same issue. Soon as they send us an update we will let you know here.

+1 to what everyone said here. I am also getting the "black cashier of death," but I've had it for the last two weeks on and off. The only way I can get it to work is by following the steps you followed Ship.

However, as soon as I close the client again and reopen it, my cashier is black again. It won't work again unless I reset my browser and do a fresh install of BCP. Needless to say, this is getting very frustrating.

Edit - I am having this problem on 3 separate computers. For reference, all of these computers are close to brand new and running Windows 10.

Well not only cant I see the cashier I also now cant open the client unless I uninstall and reinstall and then I can open it once..if I close it and try and open it again I get an error message...all this to play with some bots.

They probably shut cashier down because everyone yanking their funds off.

That said, my cashier no longer works either .

Hello, the cashier issues should be fixed now. Regarding the other issue, please be so kind and provide me a picture of how the poker application looks when you open it, also take a screenshot of any error message you see or anything unusual.

My cashier isnt dark, but too big for the screen so I cant do anything- the buttons are hidden a place that I cant get to them cause the font is too big.

Is it only the cashier who looks bigger or also the icons from the PC? Could be the desktop set up.

By any chance are you using a Table Mod or a HUD? If so, please try to disable it and then open the poker application to see if it works. Sometimes this type of programs could block the application of making some updates.

It is only the cashier, it is too large inside the the small screen that pops up when i click deposit.

Another way to put it, if I could enlarge the lobby screen to fill my whole computer screen, It seems as though it would be OK but I can't enlarge the ACR screen. I don't know how to fix it
