It was already covered in this thread on earlier pages, had a big stack in a tourney that should of/would of been chip chopped on any other website when the site crashed but acr has special rules that some of them don't even know and others don't follow, and only refunded me and others here a ticket for stacks worth way more. There's just so many problems on here, i couldn't get any evidence that the tourney actually still was in late registration, and all of this stems from 0 regulation i think, they just don't give a **** they are not liable to anyone. Basically all i got is a acr rep here saying he is 10000000000000000000000% sure it was in late reg and we just need to believe when at the absolute maximum there was less then a minute left of late reg.

That works for anyone that is sitting there looking at the screen during that 60 minutes.

I make it a point to never miss a hand, no matter how long the tournament is. But I can do that. I'm a full-time player with my own office, no kids at home, no distractions--but that's not most of the people on your site.

Why is the message only up for 60 seconds?. Put it on the screen and leave it there, updating us from time to time. Post in this thread. How about sending a group text? Don't do the minimum, do everything that you can to communicate with us when you know that it's going to be down.

When you know that you are going to be down for maintenance, again, leave a message up so we can see it when we sign in, or at least flash it on the screen every five minutes. Sixty seconds isn't good enough. I don't know about you, but I go to the bathroom from time to time and it often takes more than sixty seconds.

I will make this very quick. We had to restart the servers.
The message was there when i suspended to warn players to wait a few minutes and we will be back. It wasnt scheduled as it never would be during the day.

Also i did send the PM

Going to wind down this mtt session since I've lost my time bank on every table.
Id just like to echo all these issues. First time playing on WPN tonight and it was a tilting, unenjoyable experience

The problem with that is it didn't appear right as games stopped. So a decent amount of people would close out all of there games and restart the client and would never see the message
