Your live support people have terrible custormer service, I still haven't gotten my refunds from yesterday, I pre regd for some tournaments today, and now I have to wait again to get refunded, I still have not gone confirmation of my withdrawel, and I never got my money from cash games pots when the server went down before, and you cant even get people that speak English to do live support

true that homie. It's not like WTD is the software engineer or the account manager...he's the tournament director. His job is to make sure tournaments run smoothly and unfortunately for him, he's also the "face" of the network. So he's put into a sh*tty situation when issues arise out of different departments.

how do I know this, cause my friend Janice7776 never got any of his cash game pots returned to him when the server went down before, but since hes an American and we got him by the balls, we'll just continue to have rude customer support with bad English that tell you to **** off if you come around asking for money

Also we will probably take forever to get you a refund from the tournaments

Did everyone get proper refunds!!?? Everyone should know there refund policy by now even though they don't make it very clear. You have to look on the website.

Please send everyone an email explaining refund amounts PER tournament! This is what other poker sites do during crashes.

Emails say check transaction history. I see no refunds in my transaction history at all, not even from Sunday? Emails from support also have been torturing. Nice but very vague.

The simple questions have seemed to be ignored. Did I get a refund? How much? Why's there no record in transaction history, or email per tourney? When is my check being sent?

Don't forget this is a huge company holding a lot of our money, they could easily be more clear on transactions, refunds, & cash outs.

Understandably most the energy is taken up fixing the server which just popped back up btw. I just feel so hesitant to play, It don't even show my 100k tourney ticket. Its ok I won't worry I'll just trust you guys will refund me right?

Why would I worry? WPN as far as I know have never run any scams. If it is such a concern for you maybe playing online is not for you. So please go cry somewhere else.

My buy ins were back in my account @ 9am est. They refunded them as Tourney Bucks.

I didn't receive a refund for a $22 SNG I was in, but got refunds for all the MTTs.

buy in 20.00 receive 5,000 in chips; ITM Sitting in 1st with 69,000 chips, sever crash= I get 120.00 hmmmm something don't add up. isn't 69,000 chips worth around 270.00 and this isn't the only tourney this has happened to me in the last 2 days. I am sure you all know what variance is.... Can't even seem to get any reports about what I was refunded and what I got paid in the splits.

I won a seat into the $10k GTD in a satellite. In my tournament history it show $0 for buy ins if you win a seat from a satellite. Will I receive a refund for the $10k or for the satellite or what? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
As of now i haven't been refunded anything.

Hey guys, chill out on the insults. This thread is all money WPN going down, and them refunding our money/hopefully trying to keep us as customers.

I understand people are very very frustrated and so am I. But lets keep this thread productive and hopefully this situation will be resolved asap.

they are also not refunding cash game pots when the server went down......they have never refunded cash game pots when the server went down..........and theres still people itt stupid enough to defend WPN
