Ok...here is my experience today...quite frustrating.
Wait for hours today while WPN does something they call an upgrade. When finally able to play only few tables to choose from. Play some BJ while single tabling 10NL (yeah real baller here). I sit out of 6max table...finish my BJ session up a few dollars and then check my acct balance...WTF...its short about $100. I immediately screen shot my acct transactions before they vanish and write an email to support and attach screenshots. I wait several hours and then try chat...wow that was such a waste of time.
I finally call in and a kind of unpolished customer service rep who I could barely understand tell me the floor supervisor is in a meeting and they will get back with me. Not too reassuring I have to admit.
