What is the story with the 1000 different players at ACR that sit down and say....."Hello my name is....."? Do they allow bots? Are incapable of eliminating bots with their cracker jack tech team? What is this?

Discussed ad nauseam. A specific skin does that automatically. They are not bots.

Here is a suggestion for the future software update. Not sure about other poker skins on the network, but I am on BCP. I play stud high and stud HL a lot. I can play up to 12 tables if I really want. Problem with the software is that, you have to keep the table large enough before the cards start overlapping each other. The numbers were cut in half. So if you have a card of 7, you can see the horizontal line, not the vertical part. With omaha and holdem, I can minimize the table and the cards are still very clear. So I can only play 2 stud tables, and fill in the spaces with 2 other non stud games. Please have it as your future software consideration. At least dont overlap it too much so I can see the numbers clearly.

It's impossible they are real players. Even Americas Cardroom would've found a way to enable their chat if that's the excuse they are using. Because like you said, I've attempted to chat with them over 500 times and not once has a word been typed. NOT ONCE!!

Now that the update has been completed, can you elaborate on any changes, whether it be software updates/changes or infrastructure changes. Basically looking to know the point of the update.
