disappointed with withdrawal system

ive been trying to get my money out since sunday night. bitcoin doesn't work apparently, and to my surprise, i wont get pick up information for moneygram for another 5 days. as much as i like the site, what's the point of playing if you can't even cash out?
im only making this thread to make anybody who works there aware of something they should work on improving
