IS GONE?

I went to my cashier and was looking for the "live help " button and couldnt find it. Did you guys do away with live chat help or is it glitched or what?

Fingers crossed removing live chat would be a smart first step.

All live chat did is was cause problems

I just checked and it does look like they got rid of it. I think you have to go through the actual website now.

The live chat was literally worthless anyways. None of the employees could even understand a question (let alone answer it).
