Curious how many people are beating small stakes ACR?? Curious how many people are beating small stakes ACR??

Anyone notice the name ICEBANKMYSELF on the beast leaderboard a while ago? I've been seeing this player at 5nl/10nl and I'm pretty sure he was on the top 10 for a while on the beast.

I'm curious if games are that hard that someone who should be playing way higher needs to drop down in stakes from a big downswing. Maybe he's just streaming on twitch or I'm just wrong but that just seems odd.

He plays every stake on the site, that's the problem with the beast, people who are capable of playing mid-high stakes know they can just 24 table 25NL and crush the leader board every week. WPN is ok with ruining the games from the bottom up as long as the rake keeps flowing.

The beast is one of the worst promotions in OLP history, despite all the free money given out. Recs get almost nothing from it and low stakes grinders would have higher winrates if midstakes players weren't in their games to exploit the rake race.

I'm fairly certain the name of the guy who's always topping the leaderboard is "Ice Bank Mice Elf;" it could be another player.

I've seen that guy play a bunch of 25nl though, so it might not be a stretch that he'd fire up some 10nl tables as well.

Lol. I literally dislike all of those things.

The games on this site are the hardest I've ever seen across all levels.

i think someone said the rake back doesn't pay. How come no big time players are not saying its beatable? maybe it isn't
11-14-2017 , 07:10 PM
I think the PLO games are beatable, NLHE is beatable too but you have to be the 1 player that can beat 4-5 10+ tabling regs and maybe 1 soft spot at the table and this is at micros. I'm crushing 2nl and micro plo .

I swear 5nl is tougher then 10 nl on this site lol. Can anyone else confirm?

Im beating 2NL at 9bb/100 over 80k hands.

Also do you guys really think the Elite Benefits is better than rakeback? Ive always had the latter.

The only reason I don't do rakeback and prefer the points system is because I can actually see the points system tracking as I go / it always is working. All it took was one person here saying they didn't receive their RB one time, and it kept me away (after researching that they are essentially the same anyway give or take).

They are not the same at all, based on how much you rake you could be receiving more or less value then RB.

It isn't close to the same unless you are basically at the border of being a colonel.

I take it you are a micro player, you would get 2.5x the benefit collecting rakeback vs elite benefits.
