Convert Tourney Entry to Tourney Bucks?

Hi guys,
I won an entry to the Beast & SnC tourney this Sunday. I'm not sure if I will be able to play the tourney. Has anybody had any experience with trying to trade a tournament entry in for tourney bucks?
