curious about the outcome..I'm in a similar situation and something definitely seems fishy on ACR's end.I've also been receiving weekly calls from people that claim they are from ACR and they offer me first time deposit bonus. If these people are from ACR, shouldn't they know I've already made my first deposit and have been playing on ACR for several months? when I try calling the number back (213-271-2576) it says its disconnected. It seems really odd to me. Also, my deposits have been overcharged (i.e. for example I deposited $500.45 and received $500.45 of credit on ACR, but my bank statement says i was charged for $527.52. What ever happened OP?

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Confiscated all my funds and stated my CC was refunded. I looked back and no refund to my CC going back almost a year. No refund stated on my ACR history as well. They are screwing us. Had it happen to a friend of mine as well last year and another grinder with a much much larger amount taken from his account. Never had this issue with Bov/Ignition/Intertops.

I've had issues as well. Had my balance confiscated, with them telling me that a deposit I had made two months earlier hadn't gone through. Immediately sent them proof that they were wrong, took them around 3 weeks to refund my money. Site is shady as hell, stay away.
