Coinbase / Truepoker transaction problems what should I do ? Coinbase / Truepoker transaction problems what should I do ?

I was wondering if anyone has similar experience with this or can recommend what I should do.
I haven't played in awhile, before always used coinbase to make a deposit. Today just deposited $ 25 onto coinbase, after some standard fees $ 23 hit my coinbase account. I sent $ 23 to Trupoker, it gave me a message that it will charge $ 14 network fee, only $ 9 was sent to Truepoker, They rejected deposit because it is below the minimum of $ 10 to deposit, now I have 0 in coinbase and 0 in Truepoker, I just lost $ 25 for nothing, I guess I can contact my bank and do a chargeback.
Anyone have any experience with this ?

It would seem contacting Coinbase and True Poker would make a lot more sense than trying to do a chargeback through your bank (is there even such a thing outside of CC transactions?).

Title edited. Calling it a scam when Truepoker is following normal procedure is no bueno. Have some patience, ask support how they handle it refunding. If you get no where the Winning_TD has a thread here for player issues.

Also don't mention to coinbase you're doing poker transactions or they will close your account.

I did contact True poker they are saying they have nothing to do with this.
And coin base is not very responsive, Yes you can do chargeback on any credit/debit card transaction. I did not mention poker at all. And it is a scam by someone, I deposited $ 25 and have nothing to show for it.

You don't want to be sending directly from coinbase to a gambling site in the first place. If they determine you are doing this your account is subject to closure. Always use a personal wallet between coinbase and your site.

It is all complicated, I realize True Poker has nothing to do with this, Coinbase just doesn't want to respond, Afghanistan was so much easier, you knew who the enemy was, today it is not that simple.

Can you kindly expound on this?

I've been receiving cash outs directly to my coinbase account from ACR. What would be an example of a personal wallet?

I thought beauty of bitcoin is that you can send/receive it anonymously.

many thanks!

Coinbase is regulated by U.S. banking/financial laws. One of which is NO exchanges of funds with gambling sites. Without being too technical, Coinbase does have the ability to determine and close accounts which send/receive funds directly to/from gambling sites. Hence, the need for a personal (buffer) wallet- i.e. Blockchain. There are others to choose from, all of which are under your personal control. Being a bitcoin/internet challenged user, the search feature of this forum is your best friend.
