Off topic but can you transfer money between skins? I play on True but want to check out ACR.

Normally no but I got this escalated to supervisor and he did it for me as a one time courtesey this morning

I am having same issue went to open ACR and my shortcut vanished its telling my shortcut has been moved or deleted. I have tried everything i can called support and they are as useless as titts on a bull. I have been trying to fix this issue for 6 hrs. I think i am just going to move to Ignition or betonline

I figured my problem out finally.

I highly suggest that ACR do something about the Call Center people they use for customer service.

They are rude speak very poor English. The English i can handle but i don't do well with being hung up on because well i cant say why i'm not sure.

After contacting them 6 times i had one gentlemen that defiantly knew what he was doing. The problem is he was the first guy i talked and that was yesterday and i was running short on time so i decided i would call back when i got home. yeah huge freaking mistake. Anyway after 6 hrs or so i finally figured it out myself.

We do not hang up on people. There is an issue where all phones disconnect for a moment which seems we have hung up.

It is not the case.

Please share any help you can for other players, would be appreciated

I've had shortcuts disappear that were linked to an outside network and it was because my antivirus updated and didn't default recognize it. I had to create a new one. It doesn't happen to me on WPN, but every 60 days on Intertops whether I need it or not.

Bingo i do blame my self for not checking my antivirus. Thats the first thing someone should of said when i called. But no they had me on a wild ass goose chase.

I had to unistall my AV and then use "search everything" program to find all the files i had for ACR and delete them all and did a PC restart downloaded ACR and it worked

I just removed all traces of TruePoker from the computer. In the c drive the TruePoker folder and in the download folder the software to install it. Then I downloaded the software again, installed it, and it is working fine, but the nginx 1.6.2 error on the cashier and rewards tab is still happening and the MyAccount tab doesn't open a thing now.

Ok so i need to update this and i am not sure who might have read this post so i am quoting it.

So i just got a call back from one of the lady's i talked to earlier today she made sure to call me with the fix that tech support gave her. So that to me means a lot the only thing i wish she would of done was tell me she would call me back. So i would have known they were at least working on it. Anyway wanted people that may have or will read this post to see it.

I am having the same exact issue as I stated on other forums, I would love to continue playing on this Client but if I cannot get my funds moved from True Poker where I'm getting the 403 Forbidden issue to ACR I will end up just withdrawing all my funds. Either fix this issue True Poker Support or let me play on the platform that actually works "Americas Card Room".
