hi there,

anyone with similar problems and any advice for help?

after downloading the software and after starting the client gets stuck while configuring. its the same with bcp and acr.

already disabled any antivirussoftware and windows defender, but nothing changes.

Delete them both completely. Download again, then reboot and go to safe mode and try to install it that way. No assurances that will work but worth a shot; you may have something in the background that is interfering with the install or something went wrong with the download.
