Why is it that live chat takes 30 minutes to tell you to email them to help you? What is the point of having live chat if they do nothing to help, are rude, and take forever to respond?

I had a guy yesterday start scolding me for asking simple general questions about my problem lol. Every response they make is like 3-5, if not 10 minutes a part and they frequently mix up conversations.

Support on 2+2 is very good, but the live chat support is a joke. If they can't handle talking to more than 1 person without being rude and unhelpful then maybe they shouldn't?

I do agree about the time. The first time I chatted with them took me 35 min to have 10 lines of conversation. Also I you don't respond to them in 30sec to 1 min they ask if your still there, and leave if you don't respond quick, but they will take 10 min to respond to your simplest question.

Over all though I found there email support to be great, try that, just takes longer. At least until I inexplicably became unable to receive there emails.

I couldn't agree more, I had a problem with take back and not only were they useless so was raketherake and the dept that answered my email 4 days later. Luckily WinningTD took care of everything before I even got a response from support. Live support is a joke

i just had support end my conversation with me after not being able to rebuy in a rebuy event even though i had the autorebuy option clicked. they said it was not their fault and insinuated it was mine.

I don't even remember my initial problem, it was 20+ days ago..

Support needs to step it up big time if you guys want taken seriously. A lot of things have improved lately, this isn't one of them.

I've had this happen a lot. When the software used to freeze for me all the time (has improved a ton lately) it was never their fault either. One of the biggest reasons I've kept from playing more here.

20 days ago, or 100, all chats and history are kept so if you send me your info i can have the chats pulled up and reviewed, if someone is not properly provided support, then we can deal with the situation.

Every person's computer is different, hardware, software, background services, what AV they run. No software provider can guarantee %100 problem free functionality on all systems, even Microsoft and Google can't and have there share of compatibility issues and their QA teams are 1000000x what most companies have.I am also sure you can find complaints of other poker sites and people have freezing issues.

The majority of the time when a application is freezing, it is a conflict with something already on the system, or with a corrupted system / bad hard drive / bad memory / out of date windows / updates / drivers / malware. The list goes on and on of possible causes. The best thing that can be done is for customers to provide as much information about their systems as they can to us so we can document the issue and find solutions.

In the past we have gone as far as to set up identical as possible configurations in office for customers who have extreme cases of the client not working to try and narrow down the problem.
