So I contacted a BCP rep today (was probably outsourced he had poor communication skills)

He was telling me that BCP is now no longer giving players points but instead giving them "all" of their rakeback?

I thought it sounded sketch, at any rate I can't earn any more points after talking to this guy and don't have enough points for a bonus - the lowest in rakeback store is 25000 for 300$

I feel like I'm getting the shaft and trying to contact rakeback via email to get $ for my points but this is just ridiculous.

Can someone from BCP explain this change?

Happened quite a few months ago. No more points for RB players.

Would love some elaboration on this since rakeback is simply a flat amount received. There are no deductions to your MGR (such as with affiliates) so how could you have not received "all" of your rakeback previous to now or whenever the rule change became effective?

Simply put, what was the net rakeback equivalent (while on the rakeback plan) before and after the change?

Well I earned points yesterday. So it just happened yesterday for me.

The guy even called me and was like "yeah your account didn't get changed for some reason"

It just seemed sketchy that I contact support and some guy shuts of my points.

That's not how the affiliate I spoke with explained it at all. The support there completely sucks. The guy had no idea what I was asking and kept getting so defensive.

The announcement was posted in the support threads here on 2+2 when it took place and also recently got confirmed by the BCP Rep as well when someone else asked. You are definitely not supposed to earn player points anymore if you are on Rakeback.

I have 35% because I have been playing since BCP was on merge network.
