should be on the cashier page when u attempt to cashout, via check. there will be a "fees" section and that should read zero. All BTC cashouts are free

This has been resolved (paperwork was for another card I rarely use). I am now able to cashout again

Boy, these guys are top shelf.

Fought with them over sending me a bank draft. "We don't send to P.O. Box" "We need a physical address". After over a month of sending them bills to show them my physical address, after requesting a bank draft numerous times and the computer would kick it out. (my physical address was not in the cash out department and I, myself could not change it, they had to but would not listen)

Finally got all "their" computer departments in sync so I could withdraw and have a bank draft sent to my "physical" address.

Got my check last week. Delivered to my.......wait for it.......P.O. Box LMFAO What goofs.

It's hard, though, to get around sending a picture of your credit card on any of the sites. On BetOnline, I had to send them a picture of my card just to deposit.

so random tilt spew here, I cashed out today and it put me on tilt. I always use money gram because of speed of it to get cash in hand. I used to could withdraw 1500 dollars at a 110 fee which I found stupid.
But that is besides the point, I cash out today using money gram the max i can take is 500 and the fee for this is 85 dollars wtf winning poker why does money gram charge me at most 12 dollars to send money to your site but in order for you return the money I have to pay you to do so.I checked the fees from costa rica it cost 10 dollars to send money to USA. So I am just giving you 70 dollars of my money to cash me out.

Been trying to withdraw for about a week now, sent in the required documents...license, utility bill, authorization form ect.... and now been going back and forth with customer service about them wanting a picture of a credit card I used to deposit about 2 years ago, even though the card hasn't been active in over a year and how could I possibly still have it in my possession....and all my recent deposits were with a different card that I did give them pictures of. I was first told that it was Ok and they would make an exception, but still a week later and nothing yet. Hoping to have this resolved soon, will update if more problems persist. Made hundreds of dollars in deposits over the years to ACR (I know not alot, but just a casual player) and hoping that I will actually get to withdraw....

After talking to support and getting the run around, am receiving a report from chat that I am apparently part of an internal investigation that cannot be named. I have been a member on the site since beginning of 2012 and have a fully confirmed account since then. To be blindly accused of something by chat and not being told is a slippery slope. I am always a quiet person until my integrity has been accused of being compromised. In the last year I have never had a problem with bitcoin deposits and cashout, but all this baseless accusation of something that they won't tell me. Can Winning_td help? Know a lot and I am new, I am a small fish and normally just lurk but this is getting to me.

Would love to hear the followup to this.
