If you come to a problem thread of course you're going to see problems with cashouts. What do you don't see is a thread titled "I am happy because everything works normally and my cashout was handled promptly." Why don't you see that? Because people don't complain when payouts are functioning normally.

This is the 1%. Try not to read too much into it. There wouldn't be 700 average players on the site at any given time if all payouts, or even a majority of them were having issue.

I've been with ACR for a little over a year or so and I haven't had any issues with cashout. The checks and payments to debit card (when available) were generally timely and without issue.

What documents if any did you have to submit prior to cashing out?

I just recently moved, have a new address, new utility bills, and things of that nature. I'm concerned because my ID has my old address, and wont my match my utility bills until I get a new one.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Copy of DL, front and back. Utility bill, copy of front and back of credit card you used for deposit, copy of bank statement proving the card is yours and the last item is the card verification form. All info available thru chat.

I have cashed out twice in the last two weeks, using Bitcoin, the money is in my wallet within 48 hours. USE BITCOIN!

With WSOP eliminating full ring cash games over .25/.50NL Im looking for another site, but will not give some foreign entity or worker my ID, Bank info/statement. Just seems a little risky for me. Guess Im back to live play until NV figures out this mess they call WSOP.com.

You can block out all important info on all documents. However, none of the main WPN skins work for you since you're in NV.

****** scamming, and fraud site. Don't deposit on it guys!

I'm a regular player on PokerStars, playing z200 nowadays. I give this room a try, cuz one friend of mine told me to. I first deposit $5k (really fast via Neteller), get a first time bonus of $1k, and started playing. Played for 2, 3 days, sent my documents and tried to cashout for the first time. After 5 days analyzing my cashout, they cancelled without telling me the reason.

So I entered in contact with the support on live chat, and they told me the reason was because I didn't begotten the rake required, according to he of %10 my total deposit. Rolf... Really? If there was it least on the $1k bonus amount, I wouldn't say anything, but of the total deposit? WTF?

Let's suppose someone deposit $1M there. So, the guy won't be abble to cashout his money because he won't be able to begotten $100k in rake? He will get his money stuck there?

And worst, in anywhere and in no moment they tell you about this restriction on first cashout. There isn't on their rules, and in the only place mentioned they say:

How much is the minimum rake I need to generate before cashing out? This amount can vary and will depend on the type of games you play and the amount you have deposited or received from a transfer.

WTF? This is so vague and arbitrary... Since isn't fixed any place where their costumers can see, they can do what they want. If they just say 50% in rake, so be it! That is not fair and even legal. I've tried to argue with the support about this, but they told me it is "inegotiable".

So, I've generated $300 in rake, didn't liked the room, don't want to play on it anymore, and I'm being forced to play there against my will, because If I don't, I lose the rest of my money stuck there.

So guys, just for you to know. Think 3 times before deposit any money on the room.

So you deposited $5k (sure, i'll believe that) so you could get a 1k bonus (this was what your friend told you, and the only reason you decided to deposit) and you're upset that you cant cash out 5k+1k because you only played $300 in rake? It's also funny that you know it say you can't cashout for 72 hours. you thought you would get that bonus 100% after 3 days of minimal play lol. Sounds like a bonus money grab to me. Trying to skirt around the rules of it and then come here and blame the site for having rules. It really is too bad PS players cant just grab that free 1k huh?

How bad is PS getting if you're looking to play somewhere else?
11-06-2016 , 03:13 PM
Iirc you earn about $1 bonus for $4 rake, so OP should be able to cash out up to initial 5K +\- $ earned from play and $75 bonus.

Nowhere did I get he wants 5k +1k, just what he has in his account. You do realize the bonus is released in chunks right? You really are a bad representation for WPN you know that.

Right, because the problem is that sites often pay a % of your deposit and/or withdrawal to processors, so if they don't have some kind of requirement, they are liable to lose money on people who do what you're attempting - that's why a percentage makes sense. And there's anti-money laundering regulations as well.

This isn't unique to WPN; many sites have similar rules.

When I first saw your post, I actually assumed that you were going to say the site had nothing about the requirement - unfortunately that's often the case at different sites. But from what you're saying, it seems that WPN does indeed have the information on the site, in which case I have no idea how you can call this scamming or fraud. Not posted as clearly as it should be? Perhaps. Fraud? No.

Ok, maybe I didn't express myself well.

First of all, I didn't said anywhere I deposited just because of the $1k bonus. I loled for $1k bonus, $1k in first deposit bonus that you're going need to play thousands and thousands of hands in a short timeframe means nothing for me, especially on the limits I play. I have played long enough (6 years and counting) to know that to realease 100% of a first deposit bonus is almost impossible, due to the amount of rake you have to generate in a short timeframe (~1 month) nowadays . With the $1k deposit bonus there my rakeback barely arrived on 30% (ACR), and I already have that being SuperNova on Stars. Really don't know what you're talking about or trying to insinuate. lol

When I tried to cashout, I had lost ~2k from my $5k deposit, so isn't like I was trying to grab money from the site lol, it was the opposite. I've left $2k from my money to the "players site" plus the rake I've generated until that moment.

I've deposited money there, played for 3 days, validated my documents, and after 1 week from my first deposit day I tried to make the cashout from the rest of my money. And realize that by that time I hadn't even released anything from the first deposit bonus lol, because I've played less than 2k hands by that time. I just wanted to cashout, cuz I didn't liked the room, and the traffic on the limits I was attempting to play were to low (this was the main reason why I tried the room, my friend told me that the traffic nl200+ was good on specific times, and it wasn't).

But doesn't matter the reason why I wanted to cashout at all. I have accounts on many different rooms, and in none of them I had this kinda of problem. If they have this kinda of rule/restriction there, they MUST let in someplace where everybody could see it, like before you deposit, or at list on the terms/rules of the site.

And finally, nothing bad with PS, even with Amaya on command, by far PS still the best site itm. Sometimes you just tilt harder or want to change airs, and try new experiences on other rooms, and regret few hours/days after that. If this never happens to you, you probably didn't played enough poker yet.

Funny the way you think I haven't $5k to deposit on any room I want. Maybe cuz my account is "recent" here on 2+2 or cuz my number of posts. But I can tell u mate, there is life off 2+2. Just wanted to advice new players. I have had my worst experience on pokersites on this room, and that's all, and nothing is going to change that.

PS: Btw, ended up being good they kept my money there and obligated me to play more, so I could recover the money I have lost there and earned some bonus also. Cheers!

Ok, I didn't thought about that way. Fair enough. But tell me. $300 don't pay the operations costs of one deposit and one cashout via Neteller? Lol... If they want to set a minimum % of rake to be generated before you can do your cashout, they MUST put it in their terms, rules, and why not, on the time you are going to deposit and cashout on the software. That would be more suitable, clear and fair. Not like moving on the shadows... I would rather be charged a tax on cashout than this.

And I wouldn't have problems at all, if at least they told me that it was 10% of my total deposit amount from the start, and I hadn't to discovery that by myself, contacting their support asking for clarifications, after had my cashout denied with no reasonable reason (on the email sent to me, they just tell me the cashout was cancelled and that's all) after 1 week waiting for approval.

Ok, maybe I calling a fraud was a little exaggerated from my part, I was really angry when I've made the first post, but you have to agree with me, that if they have such a restriction about the cashouts, should be on thier terms/rules the exact amount required, in this case, 10% of the total deposited, and not just some vague info saying "you have to generate some rake depending on the limits and variants you play". This is so ***** vague, elusive, because they can use this general affirmation to alter freely the percentage of generated rake the way they want, and that isn't really fair with their costumers.

So, not a fraud, ok! But I can say malicious, to take advantage of their costumers in some way... In a way or another, this doesn't look good and transparent to me. At least not enough like a poker room should try be.

PS: Sorry for my bad english, like you may have noticed, english isn't my mother tongue.
