They've said they had fraud issues. Telling people exactly what the fraud was and how they are going to counter it does not seem to be a very good idea. They've also just changed how people log in, I would assume the two are related.

a lot of people need to calm down. i haven't had a bitcoin withdrawal successfully process for a few days, one got cancelled, and im waiting longer than normal on one now.

the rep said there was an issue, thanks to him for the update. as he stated they cant go into every finite detail.

maybe u guys never waited 3+ months on a merge check or 2+ years on an FTP balance after black friday, i see a lot of impatience. this is a small hiccup, really nothing at all, patience.

Of course i didn't get my points you can see it all in the thread I had. And I told you and about 5 different customer service people. It was never updated and the beast was over. And if you read my thread it was very clear i was screwed out of the beast. I had to grind 25nl all day and night to get the 100 dollar bonus because I was never given my points for those 3 days at 10nl. Its fixed now but my situation was never fixed by anyone its over a week and half with no resolution except the one where they said they don't give points for 10nl anymore. Which we know is a lie. I have all the hand history to back it up. Its probably 1700 pts I was screwed out of.

It is very odd to have problems with ACR. Sites been great last few years but when i get skimmed 3 days of beast points and now the cashouts aren't working its going to make you wonder whats going on with this company. Thats a interesting theory to think they went through some fraudulant activity or some hacking. It is very odd this normally a very solid company. But way customer service lied to me i got no compensation for my missing beast points i just want my cash out and to be over with the site. I am sure they gotta be going through something right now cause this is not normal activity from this site.

Interesting theory? The CEO announced several weeks ago that that was the case.

He also announced that there wouldn't be any bitcoin withdrawals for awhile until they work things out. Is it really that hard to understand that they are in the process of making some changes to the way they process bitcoins?

I realize this isn't the thread for your beast points issue but why don't you tell everyone how many points you think you earned and your screen name and then everyone can look at the leaderboard and come to their own conclusions. Personally, I am so sick of seeing you posts and I just want them to end.

I already sent everything to them including my hand history even though they didn't ask for it. But I did get my bitcoin cashout so i am just happy to have that. Hope everyone else is getting theirs looks like they are fixing everything finally. I heard from players the beast points is updating accurately again so gl to everyone at the table.

I never heard anything about it. Can you link me to where the ceo talks about it? Well makes since why the software everything was so buggy. To bad I didn't know about it I ended up cashing out. Oh well.

The CEO talked about it in one of his last 2 twitch streams. I can't remember which, probably the last one. He never said that it had anything to do with the software. It was the last software update that caused some bugs in the software.

I really hope that you put your posts to rest. It's getting really tedious to read the same negative stuff from you over and over again in all of these threads without you providing even the smallest shred of evidence to backup your myriad of claims.

ACR is ridiculously bad. Requested a cashout on March 3rd for 300.00 via Pay2Card. Was told it could take up to 15 business days. Well today is 15 business days and nothing!!!

Talked to customer service to John. He told me that is was a Holiday today and tomorrow for Costa Rica and that nothing will be looked at until Monday. How is a Costa Rica holiday my problem??? You service USA players , you need to be open and be able to handle issues for them!?!?!?!

On top of this they charged my credit card twice for the initial deposit and I am still working to get this resolved. Have had to send a copy of my bank records!!!!

This site is awful. I cant imagine anyone defending it. I stated using them back at the end of last year and they have lost a customer here for life.

DONT USE ACR!!!

i was curious after reading your post, so i had to look; I have initiated 36 withdrawals since late 2013. I do not once recall a bounced check or ever worrying about getting paid. As of recent, with Bitcoin, things have been smoother than ever, give it a try.

you shared your sentiments so i figured I'd share mine

HA! Yes that was the what I received from their support team. The "We dont need you" attitude. But sometimes 1 unhappy turns into 2 and then 4 etc.

Thanks for the info. I guess its not the length of cashout but the attitude of their support team that makes it worse. If they handled it more professionally I think mine and others concerns wouldnt be so severe.

Its obviously ok for their employees to have holidays but how about PLAN for these holidays and not tell me on Monday of this week to call back Thursday when they know nothing could be done today because they are on Holiday. Thats an absolute joke.

Obviously the low level support person you talked to on Monday simply didn't know the work schedules for the processors for Easter Week. It's not some grand conspiracy to screw you. What someone told you on Monday is a moot point. The processors weren't going to straighten things out until after Easter regardless. Easter Week is Costa Rica's most important religious holiday. They aren't going to show up to work just because you're from the USA and don't care about their holidays.

Yes, I got my payment through Pay2Card option.

But I requested another cashout on Friday which has just been canceled pending information I already sent multiple times. They wouldn't have processed the other cashout without all the paper work. But now they want the same documents again. I am confused

So how long in total did it take for you to get your first Pay2Card cashout?

FYI : It isn't even 15 days. I am on my 25th day or 18th business day and I still haven't received it.
