Cashout issues on America's card room Cashout issues on America's card room

I requested for a cashout via Pay2Card on 1/31/16. Today is 2/20/16 and I still didn't receive my money. After I provided all the docs to verify my account, the customer rep said it'd take 5 business days to receive funds if I used Pay2Card option. After 15 business days and hours on customer support chats, I still don't have an answer on when I'll receive those funds.

I am very worried about my money. My credit card has 21% interest and the bill is coming up. Since they quoted the 5 business days, I expected I'd receive the funds in time to pay my bill. Are others having issues cashing out? Can anyone please help? Thanks

what is supports answer to why the cashout is taking so long?

1) Relying on a poker room cashout to pay your bills is bad policy. I highly suggest a different approach in the future.

2) Ever since "credit card refunds" have been added to US-friendly offshore sites, the payout times have varied greatly. Bodog brands were the first to offer this to US players AFAIK, and if you check their cashout thread, the payout times vary wildly from a handful of days to 3+ weeks. I personally don't think the method is the best option to use, but to each their own.

3) You might try asking support for some form of compensation (a tourney ticket or something) once your late payment arrives.

4) Check the payout thread in this sponsored forum to see how others payout speeds with this method have played out recently.

Support has been giving me a run around. They haven't given me a straight answer or a time estimate. They just keep saying they are trying to contact my financial institution by email and they didn't respond. I called my credit card support and they don't see any attempts to credit my card or any contact was made to them.

Your money is safe. This site has one of the best rep when it comes to paying. And like Kahn said, don't reply on the poker site cashout to pay ur bills

I'm in same boat as u . same cashout date and everything and have just been given a lot of inconsistent answers from support . they have made it seem like I'm the only one who hasn't gotten there funds and its my bank and that I should have received it by now

I didn't actually see this before I made my post. It took longer then expected for me as well. I was paid. It just took too long. They changed the policy from 5 days to whenever the feel like I guess.

Your money is safe, Just cash out via bitcoin if you want your money more quickly.

they are doing the same thing to me.i requested a cashout via pay2card and i have yet to see any of my money. I have been getting the run around from support for the past week or so. Is pay2card processor broke or is this a scam that ACR is running??
03-02-2016 , 01:46 PM
i feel the same way.I was told to send my bank statement to make sure I have gotten the money. Is this a scam that ACR is running or they just dont care about the time frame?

I am in a similar boat. They advertised 5 business days to receive funds via the Pay2Card method, and my request was made on Feb 29.

It is now March 16, and chat support says March 21st at the latest. I will let folks know whether or not the cashout is successful on March 21st.

Site paid me in under 24 hours. I have no complaints ever again. Thank you WPN for being awesome.

I wanted to confirm I have received my payment! It took 15 business days, but Pay2Card worked for me (first time I have tried this method).

03-22-2016 , 03:36 PM
ya this is not good they screwed me on the beast too out of 17k hands i got no points to show for it and of course no compensation. So I do a cash out. I just did a bitcoin cashout but they are saying its being delayed. Starting to wonder if they are broke.
03-22-2016 , 03:54 PM
cashmoney i posted in another thread. According to the last weeks beast you had over 4000 points. Is that incorrect?

Also.. please stop throwing accusations all over the place. Sometimes things happen and delays occur, wondering if we are broke. let me just clear this up for you. No.
