I recently initiated a withdraw of about 1.5k from my ACR account. Customer support person told me that due to a recent delay it may take about 14 business days to process my withdraw.

My previous withdraws on ACR were all processed within two days. So, I was very surprised when I was told about the delay.

I wonder if it is happening recently for everyone or just me.

I believe this is happening to everybody. I am expecting two withdrawals and haven't heard from the appropriate department. I contacted security today and was told they are having a backlog affecting all players. I sure hope this is a small problem and not indicative of a more serious issue.

Debit cards still as fast as ever. Made a payout on Sunday night and I had it by Wed morning
