First, In case you don't have opened the poker client please be so kind and do the steps below twice to be 100% sure that the poker client was updated correctly. If not just do it once:

1. Close poker client
2. Open poker client again
3. Wait a while for BCP poker client updates
4. Login Poker Client
5. He should be able to open MyAccount

Cashier is not working for me on either ACR or BCP. This has been since the cashier look was updated a few weeks ago. Poker Host did not update their cashier, and it still functions properly.

Hello, we had an update a few hours ago, it was for players who had issues with the black screen cashier and unresponsive client. Now should be working fine. Let me know if you still have issues so I can assist you.

Opened the ACR client today, it did some updating, I logged in and clicked on Cashier. Still a black screen, still not working.

There seem to be a lot of people still having this problem. Why not revert to the old style Cashier? It was functional and gave you all the information you needed.

With the Mac client, has just been bringing up empty chrome window every time I click on anything in client (Sports book, cashier, etc)

Hello, If you have the poker application open, please close the application and then open it. Next, go to the Cashier. It should be working, let me know if you still have issues.
