It has to be BCP, b/c Carbon does not accept bitcoin.

I presume you reside in Canada. If you've made this mistake, my advice to you is to contact live chat. Specifically, I believe that you should contact the security department from the dropdown box. Before you contact them, pre-write your account of how things have played out so that you can simply/copy paste it in and not confuse them, or string out the conversation unintentionally... this problem will almost certainly require their effort to rectify...

If you've exhausted your options working with email support you should contact WPN TD here at 2+2. He can likely help you sort this out.

Winning_TD has been AWOL here since the end of January.

Winning_TD is not awol. He was pming with me last week about an issue.

As for the email, if you figure it out post how u do it. My email address will not receive any emails form WPN for some reason. I got them for 9 months, then all of a sudden 4 weeks ago I stopped receiving any email responses from them even though they did respond. I have chatted with winningtd and he even tried resending them form another address other than the support one. I also have no blocked email address so that's not the issue, and I have checked every folder I have yet can't get there emails.

Use live chat like khan said, just make sure you have an hour to kill to do it, and like he said, clearly type out your problem beforehand and copy and paste it. They give you as about 30 seconds to a minute to respond

maybe he has been emailing Carbon when he should be emailing WPN.

lol i was definately emailing blackchip. Anybody have a contact

I think many of us including myself have been unable to receive email responses from this network and so it is probably a problem on their end

Ok are we talking about Carbon or America's Cardroom? If ACR, they have not responded to over a dozen emails over 3 weeks regarding a couple of issues. Every other poker site has always responded within 48 hours. I blasted ACR on their Facebook page and they asked what they could help me with and when I told them they would not respond again. Never depositing on ACR or their network again. I'll stick to Bovada and FullFlush.

I've used ACR Live Chat Support a few times. It wasn't a perfect experience, but I was mostly satisfied.

If they refuse to even acknowledge your issue, I'm guessing the problem is probably with you/your issue.

Were you banned or had funds frozen or confiscated because you were caught cheating/colluding or something?
