Trying to login to my ACR account for the first time in a long time. I know my table name (b/c of rakeback site) but I'm unsure about the rest. I tried a few combinations with no luck and emailed support, but they have yet to respond to me.

Is there a rep here that can help?

need some help!! I have a new laptop and redownloaded the ACR software. everything installs with no problem andthen when the login screen pops up, i enter my username and password but i am not able to click the "login" button. I am unable to do anything at that point. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times deleting cookies and history, turning off my antivirus and firewall settings...and now im VERY frustrated. ACR support cannot offer anything else to help so im hoping someone had this issue and can help me!

I had this same issue. I was able to drag the site login box away, revealing the security certificate error popup. I think I clicked on 'more info' or 'details' from here, then there was an option to install the security certificate. Then clicked 'yes' twice I believe to the security certificate prompt.
After doing this, i was able to login.
