And im not just talking about poker. Im talking about how you guys still use internet explorer. Or the fact that i can't even open the casino more than half the time. I literally click the blackjack button on the table like 5-10xs just to open a damn blackjack table. I don't even wanna know how long it would take me to open the multi hand blackjack table because it crashes before i ever get there.

Also the sportsbook is ridiculously slow and it crashes every once in a while. Since Bovada turned their sportsbook website to crap with their upgrade i wanna switch but i can't because your software is junk.

I don't mind your poker software i can live with it but outside of that everything else is tilting.

Not being able to auto stack tables is pretty tilting too imo

I hardly ever play blackjack but the few times I've tried it just crashed.

Theres no money in BlackJack anyway.All the dealers are solid.

you really think they are concerned with improving their software and addressing real issues? all they care about is pumping out as many 1mil gtd mtts as possible while their players suffer thru some of the worst poker software imaginable

I think it would benefit them more in the long run if there Casino and Sportsbook worked how it was suppose to be. Instead of me paying rake i could degen in casino or sports.

There has been times where I felt like degening some money off in the casino but I've never been able to get it open.

I actually just tried to open the casino and I got a "This page can't be displayed"

Pretty sad that the Chico poker network is ranked higher than the winning poker network. You guys guarantee a million dollar tournament but can't spend the extra money to put into your software? Come on

the only way i've been able to open casino is click the blackjack icon on the poker table. Of course it will take a few pages before it finally opens. Don't even click the Casino tab on the poker software because its gonna get you nowhere.

My thinking on this matter? I'm a 24 tabler. I want to play 24 tables and I can't, for no other reason than poorly designed, choppy software that doesn't even offer to auto stack my tables. I've tried and I will continue to try, however, the auto-button functionality is nearly unusable no matter what layout I use. Even with the help of PokerNinja software your site is still so fundamentally defunct even some one accustomed to playing 24+ tabled can barely manage 10.

For one of the largest online poker rooms not having such a basic, easily addable feature is inexcusable - but worse - and what you at WPN should really hear -

If I can't play as many tables as I want on your site, I can't pay you as much money as you'd like .

They have no reason to make a statement. We all bitch about how bad the software is, cards at showdown, lag, etc but yet we still play (myself included). They know that we (US players) don't have that many options if we want to get paid in a timely manor and if we want to be able to use a hud.

Sure it's broken but yet we still use it so why fix it.

I can tell you that we know about everything and we are constantly working to make a better environment. Clearly we care.

The negativity that may come from my response is the reason why i choose not to.

Please just give us the option to stop with that pop up to a web browser (internet explorer) when we shut the client down.

We can see that popup of what is new when we login or the banner at the bottom of the software. That is more then enough and we don't need this spam when we are trying to close the client up.

Can someone tell me what I am missing in this part of the main lobby? Anybody know how to get this frame to display?
