Today I had money disappear from my bonus account. Has anyone else noticed any recent anomalies with their bonus money?

Which bonus was it? Is it possible it expired?

UPDATE: Recently I decided to look at my bonus account and noticed $76, $50 of which was set to expire on 10/23. I decided to cash it out, but was playing at the time and when I went back later in the day the money was gone. There were no active bonuses displayed on the bonus panel either. I knew I didn't cash it out, so I contacted chat.

At first chat tried to tell me that it was a RB issue, which made no sense at all. I stuck to my guns and then they tried to tell me the bonuses had expired. Fortunately for me I had an email from Nathan at BCP with a screenshot of my bonus panel from a couple months ago. I received one of the bonuses because there was a snafu with a deposit I made. This shot showed the expiration dates of the bonuses. Chat advised me to email support, and two days later the full amount has just been deposited in my account.

Short Version: Screwy software issue made my bonus disappear. BCP was quick and reasonable in resolving the issue (which has always been the case for me). HOWEVER, watch your money people. I might never have noticed this if I hadn't randomly decided to check on it.

Happy to hear this issue in particular was fixed properly, hopefully this wont happen again, my recommendation is to email support when you have similar problems.

this happened to me as well, I have talked w three different support people that have given me three different answers. None of the answers were remotely helpful

Concerning that this has happened to someone else. I doubt that it's limited to the two of us. FWIW supergood, I think the only thing that got my money back was the fact that I happened to have email documentation and a screenshot. Watch your money, people.

After about a week my bonus reappeared and I was able to redeem it with no notification from anyone at BCP.
