Therefore, I sent them a copy of my passport and bank statement for no reason. Do you understand? And second of all, why are they asking for these documents again when I've deposited 10 thousand dollars to their site through Western Union?
first of all, the amount of money you've deposited, and lost, is irrelevant.
at this point, we have no reason to believe its anything besides a simple hiccup in their roll out of a NEW payment method....they might be overwhelmed by a huge increase in deposit/payout requests.
please copy and paste a direct quote of their response to you....i have a very hard time believing your claim(s); there is obviously more to this story. either you misunderstood what they said(aka they meant "you cannot deposit
at this time"), or there's a GOOD reason they will not allow you to use Bitcoin...maybe something to do with the documents you sent in? have you ever run into issues with WPN in the past?
I'm guessing the reason they are only asking for these documents now, when you've already deposited before, is because Bitcoin is anonymous and is more prone to all kinds of fraud/deception including collusion and cheating. if they just allowed anyone to deposit without verifying their account, it would open up a big can of worms. i'm also guessing that once your allowed to deposit using Bitcoin, you are also able to withdrawal using the method....and naturally, they must verify your account before processing withdrawals.
