I got this too recently. Tried to cash out because i had no time to play, forgetting that I just deposited a few days earlier. Probably recent since bitcoin lets people deposit and withdraw so easily, and it probably costs them some fees.

I still have the option to deposit with BTC... but the option to withdrawal is gone. Anyone else?

How long is WPN currently taking to process BTC withdraws? Thanks.

My last BTC withdrawal took about 36 hours

put in 3k bitcoin request on 12/15 at 7pm....24 hours later still a no go. Conversed with support via live chat and telephone. One says 24 hours, the other 48 hours. Keep ya'll posted. I am thinking the more bitcoin you want the longer the delay. Will also keep ya'll posted on the exact amount I receive in my blockchain. Cheers.

i w/d 7k a few days ago and it happened same day after usually taking 1-2 days. my guess is they do all the withdrawals at the same time every few days

i put 12/17 instead of 12/15....im baked, so pushing 36 hours. Doing all withdrawals every few days doesn't really make sense. Apparently, according to them, its maxed out at 48. Question, did they transfer the amount in coins requested at that time or sent you 7k in bitcoins at the rate it was going at right before transfer. I hate to get 2.7k in coins cuz it fluctuates every other day.

its sent at the rate that it is at the time so u should get roughly 3k worth of btc whenever u get it

Okay the BTC deposit option is clear as day but why don't i see any BTC option when i click on the withdrawal tab?

Also what wallets are recommended for a BTC withdrawal? i've read Coinbase does not F&*K with ACR and other "gambling" sites so i want to play it safe and use a recommended wallet.

they quit processing/accepting withdrawals after 11:00est... the withdrawal page changes as well... it will be back to "normal" at 7:00a

I'd recommend Blockchain or Electrum as a wallet

I withdrew $675 last night via BTC (using Coinbase) and it went through this morning for $650, I thought there were no fees?

What am I missing?

The most likely thing is that the value of Bitcoin changed by that % by the time you checked it. I think they send you the market value that you ask for. Between the time of it being sent and it being fully processed, the value can change. Nothing you can do about it.

I tried buying btc with coinbase but they wouldn't accept my debit card. It's one of those direct pay cards my job gave me.

Is there another site I can try besides coinbase to buy btc? Maybe my debit card will work somewhere else.

I appreciate any advice. I'm still trying to figure out the world of crypto so I can deposit.

guys, use GDAX instead of Coinbase, it is Coinbase's sister site and the fees are next to nothing compared to Coinbase. It may look a little more intimidating at 1st glance but it's pretty easy to use, google GDAX

Take it easy on a new guy please...

I will apologize upfront if these questions have been covered numerous times. I scanned the last two pages, but figured making a post might get me to answers I am looking for.

1. I saw a comment about coinbase shutting down accounts if they use it to fund for poker. What about withdraws from poker sites to coinbase...or perhaps a better option?

2. What about GDAX. I have no money on there, but am reading that they and Coinbase are connected. So if you were going to withdraw money from ACR would the best route be to send funds to GDAX and then transfer from GDAX to coinbase (I have my bank account tied to coinbase, but not GDAX so would make sense for me to eventually get my money back to coinbase)

3. When you request a bitcoin withdraw does that lock in at whatever the current price is? As I write this the current bitcoin price is 6500. If I would request a w/d right now and in the next few days the price went below that number would I get less money?

I am a USA player for what it is worth...and as mentioned above accept my apologies if these questions are terrible/lazy. Thanks for the time!!

Dude, I know how you feel and I was just as lost as you were a few days ago but I've been researching about crypto ever since. To answer your questions:

My understanding is that it's not safe to send from coinbase directly to ACR. The best option is to get another wallet, a "middle man." Also, coinbase and gdax are basically the same company. So you have to treat gdax as unsafe to fund ACR as well.

So to deposit, buy with coinbase/gdax, transfer to another wallet (I set up one with Electrum), THEN send to ACR. To withdraw would be the process in reverse (ACR->wallet->coinbase/gdax->bank account).

And I wondered about the last question as well. I called ACR and asked and the rep said when you're ready to deposit, let's say $500 for .000034 BTC, that price is locked in for 15 minutes. So I guess you have 15 minutes to buy BTC, transfer to wallet, transfer to ACR. Not sure how that would work with withdrawals. I hope it's the same way.

Hope that helps.
