Bitcoin deposit from Blockchain on 8/21 that is still 0/3 confirmations.

Normal? I can see that it is a 65 transaction.

I'm not sure if it's security measures or they are trying not to pay out. Last week they declined my Bitcoin withdrawal and they wanted additional information by email or phone call. After that i was able to cash out.
This week they cancelled again while i was in Barcelona and also suspending my account saying that I'm not allowed to login from here. Hopefully i can cash out my remaining funds when i leave Spain.

That is SegWit for ya, friend! Blockstream did this on purpose. Created small blocks so nobody can use on-chain transactions unless they pay 10$ free. That leaves what? Using SegWit banker offchain transaction hubs for regular monthly subscription fees.

Bitcoin = banker settlement coin

Bitcoin Cash = true Satoshi's vision.

Don't believe propoganda on /r/bitcoin, it has been censored by Theymos to push the SegWit / Blockstream agenda with big bankers as VCs standing behind it.

Which site are you referring to? Centralised exchanges will start asking questions once you try withdrawing bigger sums. It is in their "rational self interest" to steal your money.

Ok guys so I'm pretty new to this I transferred money from blockchain to coinbse and the email from coinbase says it may take up to 6 network confirmations before btc is available for trade. How long does that usually take anyone know? Thanks everyone.

I'm telling you - it will not let me use the entirety of my funds in my blockchain account. For over a year now it has always at least had ~$5 because it never allows me to drain to 0. I set a transaction for priority fee and it still insists I leave the ~$5 in there. Infuriating since day 1 lol.

Not the case for anyone else?
Sorry but I have to bump this. Anyone?

do we need to go through the verification process for btc withdrawals? and if so, how long does it take

Hey does anyone have experience withdrawing and depositing directly via Bittrex or some of the other exchanges. I don't want to see go through the blockchain --> coin base route since i already have much of my money on bittrex. Theoretically this shouldn't be an issue right since all the poker site needs is a bitcoin address to send your money to.

Seeing that Bittrex is located in the U.S., they are subject to the same laws as other financial concerns. Therefore, one might suspect that, if it is determined funds are being DIRECTLY sent/received from a gambling site, your account would be subject to closure.

Confirmations went through after a week. I had to contact customer support to get the deposit credited, though it is possible they would have done it eventually.

I had also used a deposit bonus code that had expired by the time the deposit cleared. Support was nice enough to still give me the bonus.

so even if u go to bitpay's exchange rates page to get their exact current exchange rate, then do the math, it won't be correct.

so, two questions:

1. is there a way that anyone has figured out to send bitpay the exact amount in your wallet address, so as to not leave change behind?

2. i now have a bunch of addresses in my blockchain.info wallet with random small amounts (a few dollars or less). is there a way to consolidate all this without doing multiple single transactions sending the money in each address to a new consolidated address?

There should be an option to "use max" when you select to enter BTC, this will include the fee and you will have zero change left behind.

Bitcoin has a backlog of transactions right now. Depending of the fees you sent it with, it could take awhile.

I created a blockchain account a couple of weeks ago. Are people still having problems withdrawing from ACR to Blockchain?

Appreciate the fast response. I'm still getting used to Bitcoin, and I haven't cashed out yet. Got a while to go before that happens.

I'm setting up a bitcoin account to withdraw from acr,,the acr phone rep said I can just use any wallet(like coinbase) to directly deposit n withdraw with acr.

However, the email from acr support says I need a blockchain account plus a "wallet" and after reading this thread, I think I understand why(so its not detected that ur dealing with a gambling company)

is blockchain a "wallet" ?

if I setup a blockchain account and a coinbase account should I be ok?

so if I withdraw it would go acr-coinbase-blockchain-bank?

any other recommendations? thanks for any help

i think it's acr -> wallet (because you don't want coinbase to know where the funds are coming from) -> coinbase -> bank

withdraw: acr --> blockchain.info --> coinbase --> bank

deposit: reverse of above

blockchain.info is a wallet (just holds your bitcoin)
coinbase is an exchange (can exchange your bitcoin for USD and transfer to/from bank)
