Is there a way to buy Bitcoin by WebMoney transaction? does anyone know such a site with fair commissions and of course reliable?
Also, which wallet will be better Blockchain or Poloniex? basically I want to buy BTC just for poker site deposit so I won't have any money in the wallet, and if I will accumulate big amout of BTC (wishful thinking) I will buy hardware wallet.
Thanks!

I don't believe cash outs are processed on the w/e. So the clock wouldn't start until Mon. morning.

Requested 2200$ @ 9am on 7/3.

Now I have a question, when I cashed out, btc prices were around 2450. Now it's above 2600. Do they send in the amount I cashed out at? Or current prices?

I thought BitCoins were supposed to be an anonymous form of payment. It is easier to get an account at Fidelity than it is to buy fricking BitCoins now. 3-4 day authorizations and government issued ID. None of my credit card companies will authorize a purchase, and now they are tracking bitcoin purchases and sales. Might as well go back to using Moneygram or Western Union. You are probably put on a terrorist watchlist as soon as you buy these things anyway...

Bitcoin transactions themselves are considered 'anonymous' in a way, but that doesn't mean you dont have to prove your identity prior to purchasing them. Then bitcoin would be a scammers wet dream. Are you referring to coinbase tho? Always having random issues with purchasing with cards on there. Some days they work, others they dont.

Ended up receiving this 7/4 in the mid afternoon. About 30 hours turnaround. Not bad.

I think you need to make two bitcoin deposits to get the withdraw option.

What is the minimum I need in each deposit? and how much time should I need to wait between each deposit?

The minimum worked for me ($10, if I recall correctly). Not sure on time, but I think it was a day or so after the second one for mine to activate. This was a while ago.

Anyone in the U.S. have problems with their bank after making deposits from their bitcoin site? I plan on transferring over $10k in the next couple weeks. Does the required government notification cause any problems? If they contact me, what kind of questions do they ask?

On Coinbase I am trying to get a bank verified using the two test-deposits method. Submitted the request yesterday. One small deposit appeared at my bank early this morning (9 hours ago). I am awaiting the second. Is it normal for there to be a large time gap between the two small test deposits?

Try calling Coinbase and asking them. You can also ask the question on their Facebook page.

Coinbase doesn't have a telephone support service. Their facebook pages are not active. Online chat or inquiries, it says, can take days. They are not set up for customer service. I'll call my bank in the morning. It seems like if it's going to take many hours between the two deposits, they should say so and save people the need to inquire. They do say verification can take 3 days, but they should specify if it takes many hours between the two deposits, because that sort of delay obviously will cause questions since one would think if they make one deposit, they could easily do the second in close proximity. So it is natural for someone to wonder if they screwed up or the process failed.

Twitter likely not useful either. Anybody else have any experience with the two-deposit verification method on Coinbase?

Guess that means you're not going to try it. Oh well. For what it's worth, everyone who uses Coinbase had that experience. Even folks who don't use Coinbase, but made an account like me, had that experience. This is the first post out of all the bitcoin posts I've read with this issue. Likely it's not an issue. If they state it may take 3 days for verification, what does it matter if both deposits are done on the same day or separate days? If after 3 days, you only have 1 deposit, then you have an issue, imo.
