I dont even have the option of a bitcoin withdraw for some reason.. deposited just fine though

I've cashed out 5k and 2.5k on two sep occasions using bitcoin. Both times i got a call the following morning after requesting to confirm and verify the withdrawal from ACR support. They send the bitcoin later in the afternoon.

Example of process for me has been:

Request on Monday
Verified and processed on Tuesday
Hits wallet on Wednesday, transfer money from wallet to my bank account
Cash hits bank account Friday

Not a bad turnaround if you ask me.

I think you need to make a couple BTC deposits before you get the BTC cashout option. I was told this by their Chat support a few months ago. Not sure if things have changed........(and don't love the policy either) - you might want to contact support about enabling the option, seeing what they say, and please report back here....

I was in your same boat. It took approximately 2 days for the option to appear after withdrawing for me.

I emailed support and they claimed it would take 24 hrs after your bitcoin deposit. It took me an extra day, so I'd just wait it out hopefully.

It's clear they have different requirements for different player types.

(which IMHO is B.S. - ).

I won a handful of BTC thru free rolls, when I made the request.

Their response was I needed to make TWO BTC deposits before getting a BTC cashout option.

It's clear tho, different people are having different experiences with getting the BTC cashout option.

effortlessly had $100 turned into about $90 to ACR within an hour using a local atm where I bought btc using cash. Awesome, except the fee was too high obviously. All done on my cellphone scanning qr codes. i used mycellium for my wallet and no banking accounts were used, just cash.

hello friends, recently signed up with circle and am trying to determine the difference between adding a bank account versus adding a debit card (aside from verification times). does the bank account offer higher limits, or does it make withdrawing easier? figured i'd ask before selecting one and depositing.

Hello. I am having an issue. Blockchain is down for me. So I created another BTC e-wallet at "bestwalletbtc." I sent about 30$ USD in bitcoins to the new wallet I created. The transaction has been confirmed on coinbase with 5 confirmations, but the BTC won't show up in the e-wallet. Any help would be appreciated

Nevermind. I have come to find out that I got scammed. Everyone (including myself) be careful about where you open up a wallet online and make sure to do the proper research. Being new to the bitcoin world was my weakness here, should have been patient and just have waited for blockchain to come back online.

Hey everyone. I created an account so i can share something with you guys. I requested a bitcoin cash out a couple days ago and decided to live chat with support about the withdraw. The support person told me the time frame for my withdraw is 15 days to appear in my bitcoin account, possibly sooner. They also did not say that i needed to provide any extra documentation, which is fine, if they don't tell me in a couple weeks that they need a bunch of info now. The whole point is i wanted to share with everyone that the bitcoin withdraw process is no where as fast as people have been claiming on the last few pages of this forum. The amount i requested is a little over 1k if anyone is curious.
