I requested my cash out on 9/18 and still have not received it as of yet. Only reason why I joined this site is because of the quick payouts. Does anyone know how to speed up the process? ACR should understand its not just when they process the bitcoin transaction, we still have to withdraw from our bitcoin wallets. Improvements should definitely be made before I deposit again.

So I contacted the customer service department to receive an answer and here is a copy of the transcript:
Me:
If deposits are approved within 1 hour than how come cashouts are not the same? This delay kind of freaks me out because it should be a much quicker process....is ACR having issues?
14:43Nina G:
Thank you. Please allow me a moment while I look into this for you.
14:48Nina G:
Status: PreApproved
14:49 Me:
The status says processing
14:49 Me:
not pre-approved
14:49 Me:
what does pre-approved even mean?
14:49Nina G:
$170?
14:49 Me:
yes
14:50Nina G:
yes at this moment is showing up as pre approved.
14:50 Me:
what does pre approved mean?
14:50Nina G:
it usually takes from 24-72hrs
14:50Nina G:
you should recive it soon
14:50 Me:
yes its been longer than that
14:50Nina G:
that is on its way
14:50 Me:
soon is not definitive
14:50 Me:
soon is like maybe you will receive it tomorrow maybe in a week
;;;;;;;;;

No response since my last request.....It seems like ACR could be having some issues with cash flow....bitcoin allows for safe and fast processing of funds so they should not be having issues with delays.....As a group we should be holding ACR to a higher standard...If they would like to be #1 in the US market than they need to be better....For now I am going back to NJ poker, even with the small fields bc ACR couldnt hold up their end.

What method do you use to withdraw? I got from ACR > Blockchain>Circle. Do you run into any issues from the bitcoin wallets?

I just recently did a btc withdrawal and it said that for amounts over $5,000.00 you need to call or send a verification e-mail or lower withdrawal just a tad bit

I made a request on 9/18. On 9/21 I got an email asking me to verify my withdrawal. Talked to support and it was a security check to make sure I wasn't hacked and that the withdrawal was legit. He said they are in the process of implementing some type of 2-step authentication for future withdrawals.

He then resubmitted my withdrawal and I received it on 9/23.

It's good that they are doing this but they could have asked for verification a lot sooner than waiting 3 days from the initial request.

Just got off the phone for the second time of the day with the not so awesome WPN Costa Rican support center staff member Roberto after being told at 8:14 am this morning that I would have my funds btc within 2 hours ..... Fast forward after 4 hours of waiting and still no coins I call back now 12:20 pm I wait 7 minutes on hold to be told that " the miners are on a delay with processing and it should only be a bit longer. When I pressed for how much longer I'm told short period 15 -20 mins but he wasn't for sure maybe longer ???? WTF makes clearly no sense at all so will just wait and see how the classic saga Unfolds

Looks like WPN imposed new bitcoin withdrawal limits. I saw the new max in my cashier was $10,000/transaction, not $25k.

Live chat said the new max "will be now, one a day $10000 5 a week $50000 20 monthly $100000"

I'm running to hot right now to think about clicking withdrawal tab and getting doomed to look and see what my limits are on btc cash outs

Stupid Question

I am trying to make my first bitcoin withdrawal from Bovada. I am using blockchain and get a new address as required. When i try to copy and paste the new address to the Bovada withdrawal page it will not work. (the paste part). I have tried using both Firefox and Exployer, but neither work.

MY stupid question: Do I have to manually enter the very long blockchain address? I am fearful that i may make an error and really screw things up.

Thanks in advance for any help.

First off this is for WPN sites. So please check the Bovada deposit/withdraw thread.

Secondly, no you should be able to copy and paste. Does Bovada not let you paste or does Blockchain not let you copy?

trying to withdraw to Blockchain, don't think it's gotten past the ACR processing mill yet. been using Bitstamp to buy BTC then sending them to Blockchain to deposit

I was able to successfully deposit a small amount using bitcoin today. When will I be able to withdraw via bitcoin? I don't see the option when I go to the withdrawal options in the cashier.

Perhaps you should ask in a Bovada thread ,this is WPN thread so not sure if its the best place to ask for advice about a competing service .But besides that there must be a way to copy paste , try chrome ? or email there support I am thinking it most likely is some setting you must have .GL

Got to wonder why USA based players bother to mess about with chqs etc with that sort of speed ! takes me longer than that to get my cash out of Stars to my account using the same card I deposit on here in NZ

This was my first cash out on wpn. Was insanely fast. I almost don't believe it.
