I use Coinbase and they charged a 1.5% fee to do any buy/sell of bitcoin. Going to take 4 days but its over the weekend. Maybe 2 days during the week? Anyways im happy about that.

Was wondering what Circle charges if any? And the time it takes most folks to sell their bitcoin and enter their bank account using Circle.

So who does everyone use for their bitcoin stuff. I have never done it before. I need an exchange I guess and a wallet. Any suggestions? Thanks

This is usually pretty rare, I had payouts that only took 24 hours. However I am pending four days myself right now.

Coinbase to buy, and Electrum Wallet. Withdraw from coinbase to you're wallet, then send from wallet to site.

I don't know what the listed time frames are but I was told by management that BTC payouts take an absolute stone cold MAXIMUM of 5 days. I've never had one take more than 48 hours. GL all!

When I transferred ~3.64 BTC from Circle to Blockchain, I lost about $30 in the transaction according to each site's USD conversion rate.. Is this just because the two sites value bitcoin differently, or did the actual value of bitcoin decrease that much within a couple seconds?

What is the difference with buying $1000 of Bitcoin from circle... And sending it to an anonymous receiver (ACR)
Vs sending the same $1000 to an anonymous receiver (your own blockchain wallet) then sending to ACR

Circle still sees the same amount being sent out.

I still don't get why it matters.
I don't know that is why I am trying to find out about this before I do it. I have never used bitcoin before but I hear it is the best way to get money off websites. I use to play on bovada however once the asset transfer was announce I decided it was time to find another website. When I was on bovada i withdrawl twice with a physical check and had no problems depositing it in my checking account as it was a canadian check in us funds. However, now I need another site and I have heard good things about ACR but that doesn't matter if I can't get my money when I want it. So i am trying to find out how ACR is with withdrawls.

Could be either.

My wallet values them slightly lower then Circle.

Hi, trying to use Bitcoin deposit to ACR for the first time. I used coinbase to deposit from a Visa debit card. How long does the pending progress take and what happens if it's longer that this 15 minute countdown that ACR is giving me? Thanks

I'm also new to bitcoin...bought some using your advice. Coinbase charges 3.8% for me to buy, is that standard ?

I looked a couple posts up and they said they were charged only 1.5%, which is why im wondering now...I did use a debit card if that matters any.

pretty sure they charge more for the debit card purchase. You can see all the fees on the coinbase website. Just do a little perusing, there is a link somewhere.

Make sure to open a blockchain wallet and then you can deposit. Bitcoin is the way to go.

My first deposit to Coinbase from my bank account took 7 days. Is that time frame only on the first deposit? Will future deposits happen in less time?

Thanks.

Besides Circle and Coinbase, could you point me in the right direction for a reputable E-Wallet?

Thanks

On the circle website click your name on the top right, then click "get address". Then go to BC, click "Send" at the top, copy/paste the address from circle and how much you want to send. Might take 20-45 minutes for the money to go through but you should get a notification from circle immediately telling you that it's processing.

My first test deposit for $60 went through Sunday. It first said that there would be a $2.30 fee which never got charged to my debit card, only the $60. Then the transfer rate said it would deposit as $57.32 then $57.42 and ended up being $57.06 added to my ACR account. I ended up just deposit with the same Visa debit card for $300 (after having my bank unblock the charge) and it came through as only $299.95 on both ends

How do find out which wallets have the better rates for larger deposits? And anyway to speed up depositing from a bank account instead of a debit card?

Thanks for not replying in advance

How long do typical transactions from your bank account to circle usually take? Just doing a test deposit of $50 from my bank acct to circle and it's already been 3 days with nothing. Is this because it's my first deposit from account or does it always take this long ?

Edit: also is there a way to increase the limit for circle > 300?

The limit can raise to $3000 over a lot of time and transactions. It took 6 months or so for mine to raise of buying $300 every so often.

Browsing this post, not sure if I missed the answer...

I'm wanting to withdraw on ACR with BTC, but I haven't deposited with BTC. Will they allow it?

Instant deposit from my bank account/debit card to Circle. 1-3 days from Circle to Bank Account

Probably need to get the bank account verified.

Accounts been verified. My circle account says pending. 1-4 business days. Money has already left my bank account. I did the transaction Saturday afternoon so I'm hoping today it should be there. Hoping this is because it's my first deposit.

Edit : auto correct fix
