An update for the sake of accuracy and completion. Turned out that I needed to re-verify, which is now complete. Just re-submitted this BTC cashout request and the amount is deducted from my playing balance.

Received to wallet in 30 minutes.

Once you request the cash out, you have to wait for WPN to approve it. Mine was approved in under 12 hours, but it could be approved sooner or later for you.

I currently play on bitcoin sites where ID verification etc. is not needed to cashout using bitcoin, from your post I take it that you do have to verify your identity, address, etc. in order to cashout?

Yes, I did.

WPN Reps:

Please always include miners fee for bitcoin withdrawls so confirmations will happen faster.

Im a bit confused here. So there are people that have bitcoin sent from say ACR to another gambling site that takes bitcoin? Example you ask americas card room to send bitcoin to your betcoin address? Thus u should never do that? i always thought with bitcoin, u shoudl always withdraw the btc to your wallet such as blockchain or those client wallets like electrum then you send it to betcoin for example right?
02-04-2015 , 01:29 AM
I can't say for certain.. but I would say that yes, you'll be better off sending from ACR to a wallet and then to another site.

I ran into an issue where I withdraw from one site and tried having that withdrawal sent directly to ACR, but the site sent from several different wallets.. so from ACR's end, it looked like several different deposits. ACR had to issue a refund, which took several days to complete.
02-04-2015 , 01:36 AM
okay thanks for that information. It never crossed my mind to ever go from one gambling site to another though.
02-20-2015 , 06:38 AM
OK I am verified set up and I just deposit $$$ into my account, Waiting for these coins to fly thru the interwebs and get to ACR but if it works. THIS IS A REALLY COOL SET UP. ANy chance WINNING_TD wants to throw me a bone (aka free ticket to something) for being a FISH who went thru the bitcoin process

Ill update for people on the fence, but so far its been pretty smooth getting everything set up

OK the WAI MAN at ACR told me - Once submitted, it might take around 10 minutes to 1 hour for the money to hit the account but they see my deposit so much nicer than loading prepaid cards

somebody in the other bitcoin thread for acr here , said yall should have it
02-20-2015 , 12:52 PM
im thinking at this point the only real solution would be a ticket into the million for all this hassle especially if they have my coin

this is a perfect example why rec players wont even bother these days, obv ACR thinks this over and done AND ITS NOT I have part of bitcoin at their door but i guess thats the last i will hear about i unless the customer has to keep running around like a fool
02-20-2015 , 02:05 PM
from circle

Thanks for reaching out!

All transactions are final. It appears that the transaction went through successfully to the recipient.

WONDERFUL BITCOIN EXPERIENCE so i guess im suppose to waste all this time with acr help and get stupid answers like take screen shots and crap just

SO what will be the next way to try an entice regs
02-20-2015 , 02:23 PM
But their customer service knows this and they are too lazy to do their jobs and i guess no one is ever gonna get back in touch just puts all the burden on the recreational player which makes it such a joke

Cliffs- Tranaction clearly shows they have

customer service gives me some bull**** about they canceeled tranaction and to repush thru my wallet which they know i cant do sicne they have it OH YEA AND THEY WANT SCREEN SHOTS AS THE PROOF I HAVE POSTED ISNT ENOUGH

NOW they cancel it but CIRCLE SAYS THEY HAVE IT (see how 2 + 2 doesnt equal 4)

Is the site too broke to send my $20 thru SINCE THEY HAVE IT ANYWAYS and have no plans on contacting the customer (hence customer service)

This is the reason why REC players wont **** around with bitcoin

AND NOW THIS **** HAS OFFICIALLY MADE ME ANGRY NOW

What does bitcoin have to do with any of your or acr's problems?
02-20-2015 , 05:03 PM
Just say a rec player goes thru the process of setting up thier bitcoin stuff

THATS A STRETCH

The rec player then send the coin to ACR and that money is gone and ACR tells me they want the bull**** they want

as i stated above

Tnink any rec player will ever want to deal with this **** again

if so then I dont know, you have a lot of faith in rec players going thru this process

BTW

I got an email from acr and now they have to decide weather im gonna get my coin back or not

EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY ****ING HAVE IT, and if i just get a refund

Now you're telling me my time since 635am this morning has been worthless

JUST SENDS A BAD MESSAGE ALL AROUND

now what were you asking

(OH YEA THE MONEY IS GONE what rec player will dig that)(
02-20-2015 , 05:32 PM
I hope you communicate better, and more clearly, with support than you do here. If not, then that may be part of the problem.
02-20-2015 , 06:22 PM
Im just mad i want my coin back or in my account

if youre gonna slam me dont bother,

update , they still have my coin and i dont have any deposit or any return

over 12 hours now, and all i wanted to do was play an mtt or 2 today and im still wondering how long they need to look into something they clearly see they have

If they lose the coin or whatever happened once it been delivered and confirmed HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM

Once again the customer does all the work while the site plays this jesus role
02-21-2015 , 11:23 AM
BE AWARE if ACR take recieves your bitcoin depsoit and screws it up THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO FIX IT EXCEPT KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT

any rec players who are thinkiing of going the bitcoin route

DONT - i thought it would be a solution

A Suicide solution

in fact any new players wanting to depoosit on this piece of **** site

Just know THEY GOT MY DEPOSIT, ITS CONFIRMED AND VERIFIED MANY TIMES and yet 1 day and 1/2 later THEY STILL HAVE MY COIN and i have no deposit and noreturn

AND I WILL NOT CHANGE MY STANCE ON THIS STUPID COMPANY IF THEY DO MAKE IT RIGHT WHICH IM DOUBTING

**** OFF ACR and I will let every forum I belong to track that BITCOIN DEPOSIT and see YOU PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF SCUM BAGS

ENJOY THE FREE MONEY didnt know they company was this insolvent
02-21-2015 , 12:27 PM
Someone in the other thread was kind enough to point out what you did wrong in the process of depositing.
