I didn't have the option enabled in either of my accounts when this came about. Their rep here fixed one, a supervisor in live chat the other, and cashed out from both this week without issue.

The way I understand it, the option won't be available to everyone (perhaps playing/banking history is a factor?), but it can't hurt to contact their live chat to ask.

talked to chat, after 40 minutes i got it back. had an issue where i think i have the same login name on two different skins and he activated the wrong one for bitcoin. we'll see how this goes.

the CEO is gonna be on twitch.tv at 14:00EST... any folks wanna ask him what's going on with BTC withdrawals?

just asked him why some have it and some don't... mentioned something about "fraud" and he "didn't really wanna talk about it" but says he's "working on it and it will be back"

So if you contact support directly they will let you withdraw in bitcoin?
01-17-2016 , 10:08 PM
If they are worried about being hacked out of bitcoin, then they should do what Betcoinpoker does. When you asked for a withdrawal they send email to your registered email and then you have to authorize the withdrawal. If Betcoin can figure this out, as bad as their support is, then I don't understand how ACR has not figured this out in all these time.

I've suggested 2-factor authentication on multiple places on here to improve security, particularly for BTC withdraws. Not sure if they haven't seen it, don't like it, or are just a bit on the slow side implementing things. It's the most obvious security improvement they could make.

Though if they don't want to do 2FA themselves, some email providers offer it, so email confirmation would sorta work in a roundabout way.

Is the original OP instructions still the best/quickest way to withdrawal via bitcoin?

Can someone go over the process of sending from Circle to Blockchain or point me to the correct thread?

you just copy your blockchain wallet addres. click send money, paste the copied blockchain wallet info into the "send to" box on your circle account and the amount you want to send. it will arrive in your blockchain wallet almost instantly

Any update on when Bitcoin withdrawal will be available for everyone again? I'm starting to lose hope.

I was told certain accounts need to make more deposits before the system grants them access. That's what a rep said.

Anybody have success with increasing limits with Bitcoin?

I sent in a test cashout for $100 via bitcoin through ACR yesterday. Have not received the money, no email, nothing. Just that the money is gone from my Cashier.

Any idea the process, timing, etc?

Thanks.

i'm a newbie to bitcoin, but not a newbie to online poker...but 2 questions.

1-since circle only allows $300 cashouts to ur bank account for a while (someone on here said 9 transactions, which = 9 weeks), do people use other wallets AND circle so they can get more money? and is this a problem?

2- do banks question these transactions? i.e. if over 10k hits ur bank account, is it still the same red flag and u must fill out the form (the name of the form escapes me)...and what about frequent bitcoin transactions hitting ur bank account (a few dimes a week consistently)

thanks

Mine was like 6 deposits

And yes you can use other wallets

And 2) banks won't care but large amounts 9k or more should be avoided. Just so smaller increments when transferring to your bank

You can use as many wallets as you want. Coinbase is another wallet that you can use to deposit into your bank account. They charge a 1% fee tho i believe

Anyone else unable to withdraw through bitcoin recently? I tried yesterday but rep told me they are conducting maintenance with no estimated time of completion.
