I ran into an issue where I withdraw from one site and tried having that withdrawal sent directly to ACR, but the site sent from several different wallets.. so from ACR's end, it looked like several different deposits. ACR had to issue a refund, which took several days to complete.
Why would sending from 3 wallets cause an issue ?
Can you let us know what site that was ?
I recently did this, and had no issues, but apparently there are risks.

Just saying.

yea, this confuses me too. I have yet to fully attempt the withdraw, but that "register your account" field I still don't understand
- How do you "register" it, and what does "new account" refer to ?

I tried to send from one WPN skin to another, it didn't work. WPN demands a deposit to be an exact bitcoin amount, but you can only withdraw a dollar amount, so no way to match the bitcoin amount for deposit.

Interesting. I am a BTC newbie as well, and perhaps a rookie move here, but I withdrew from one site, and just put the address of my Betcoin deposit address, and the process went super smooth !
I was shocked to get an immediate e-mail from the original site, verifying the withdrawal ( no security check or any other B.S.), and minutes later got an email from Betcoin indicating they received the funds and were available in my account for play at the tables. It was for a small amount, just $4 or so USD worth of btc......but I was super impressed with the process.
I guess I never considered any potential risk, but I was successful in moving a small amout of BTC from one site to another w/out any intermediary step.
BTW........why are there minimum deposit amounts of a digital currency ?
