Thanks for the info. Mine finally processed in the middle of the night while i was sleeping. Pretty awesome I lost about $1500 due to the dip during the night all so they could go cheap and spend $.50 in fees.

For recreationals that are not interested in investing in bitcoin and simply want to deposit on these sites to play poker as bitcoin being basically the only deposit option, bitcoin doesn't seem as ideal as fiat, especially with the volatility from sending to pokersite receiving.

Someone explain again why bitcoin is a better option than fiat for the majority of depositors?

Dont know if overlays have anything to do with it but ive played here for many years and play most of the flagship tourneys on Sundays. Requested a cash two weeks ago on sunday only to get a email saying my account needs verification. Ive deposited with the same cards and bitcoins for years and all of a sudden i need to verify my account. No problem sent in requested docs and didnt think anything of it. Logged in yesterday and noticed withdrawal options missing from website. I click live chat and they resent me the same email from 2 weeks ago. Im like wtf i already sent in all this. They informed me docs havent been received. First off credit card pictures, bills, and ids are very sensitive information and a hackers dream come true Im literally sending all my financials to some call center overseas where god knows who has access to my info and your company is all willy nilly with document security.I still have not recieved an email response verifying receipt of my documents. I see all these new promotions overlaying weekly and im starting to wonder if my cashout is being stalled due to overlays and the network taking losses. Beware when sending sensitive docs via email as your one short hack away from becoming a victim of identity theft. I have to cancel my cards now as I cant be sure if ACR is protecting my sensitive information from rouge employees. Posting this to alert the community just in case this isnt an isolated incident.

Cashout not being stalled due to overlays.. I had the same issue yesterday and sent in all documents and had all options to cashout within 12 hours.

Just must follow directions carefully. No file size larger than 9mb email, etc... send to right email, check up with live chat, try calling again.. and you're done..

Good luck.

I have no interest in crypto or ever used/invested, but Bitcoin seemed to be the best option for a withdrawl so figured I'd give it a chance.

Withdrew from the site on Jan 23rd and still hasn't reached my bank yet. Its stuck on Quadrigacx and it says it's been sent to the payment processor but I still don't have it.

As someone who knows absolutely nothing about Bitcoin/Crypto, not happy with this at all. Probably won't use this option again. I'll update if I do actually get this money eventually.

Sounds like that is a Quadrigacx problem not a WPN problem unless I"m reading it wrong.

You're right. Not blaming WPN in this situation. But not satisfied with the experience and going to have to use other options with WPN in the future. Also, I used Quadrigacx because it came recommenced in this thread so figured I'd let people know in case they were thinking of using it.

When using the search feature for this thread, "Quadrigacx" only presented 3 responses. The last 3 posts. It does seem your Canadian options are limited. Don't know much about Kraken, but I see they have entered the Canadian market. Following is a link to Quadrigacx reviews. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/quadrigacx.com

New to the crypto scene so take it easy on the new guy if this question is stupid....

So I have a coinbase account and have heard that it would be risky to cashout straight to coinbase and received the suggestion to find an intermediate wallet.

Did a real quick youtube search and saw a quick video on Exodus. Anyone use it/like it? Would it be a good route to send from ACR to Exodus and then to Coinbase and eventually my bank account.

Again sorry if I am off base on this..have been trying to educate myself but def need help. Thanks for the time.

not familiar with Exodus. I go ACR -> Blockchain -> Coinbase -> Bank and have not any issues.

don't straight to coinbase. they will probably shut your account down.

Made a withdrawal yesterday for $120 at 3PM ET via Ethereum. Got it today at 3PM ET.

Unfortunately, shortly after it went through Ethereum fell $80. So I was left with $110. The nice thing though, it was $0.70 to transfer from Blockchain to Coinbase and took 10 minutes to confirm.

Hey guys,

I deposited using Bitcoin. When I try to withdraw back to Bitcoin, my cash out was cancelled. I really need this cash out as I tilt deposited and proceeded to play above my roll. I don't feel comfortable having that much amount in my account.

But ACR sent me this email -

"Be kindly advised that your withdrawal is based on a recent deposit. Funds deposited are meant for you to fund your account in order to access the games we offer. You can cash out any earnings coming from our games but you must generate at least 10% of rake revenue over the amount deposited to be eligible for a payout."

I am not interested in playing to generate 10% rake as this money means a lot and I can't afford to lose. Please help

What market rate is ACR / WPN using for BTC withdrawals? Requested a cashout on Monday evening around 7 PM PST, received yesterday afternoon at ~3:45 PM PST when the rate according to GDAX was ~$8200 / 1 BTC, but the rate that I received at was ~$8500 / 1 BTC, which is a significant difference.

Got my money yesterday. Looks like it was an issue that Quadrigacx had with a payment processor and banks.

10% rake is standard in the online poker, doubt there is anything they can/will do.

Best way to go from ACR to Coinbase? New to all of this can I go from ACR to Binance to Coinbase?
02-13-2018 , 12:48 PM
not sure about sending it directly to an exchange but I don't see why it wouldn't work

Hello, this may help you:

-Will I lose money due to the Bitcoin fluctuation?

While Bitcoin does fluctuate, if you buy and spend the Bitcoin in a short timeframe, there should be a minimal change in price, if any at all. From the time it takes you to buy the Bitcoin and send it to Americas Cardroom any price change would be minimal. However, if you store your Bitcoin in your online wallet for large amounts of time, you will need to deal with the fluctuations that come with the currency.

-Why did I receive less money from my BTC Cash Out?

Bitcoin is a currency that has constant fluctuations, so you might see differences in the amount sent and received due to currency conversions. Bear in mind that the rate used for the conversion will be the one available at the moment the payout is processed. If at any time your payout is being processed and you would like to cancel it due to fluctuations, please alert us via phone at 1-877-314-4195 so we can try to stop the transaction.

Just go ACR -> Coinbase -> gdax.com (Coinbase's xchange) -> Convert BTC to USD -> Bank account.

You'll can avoid the 1.5% fee that coinbase charges when you go Coinbase -> Bank account without using gdax.

What about a middle (buffer) wallet to prevent possible Coinbase account closure?
