I guess I'll just wait it out... if I wanted to cancel and change the fee that is possible?

Sorry for the noob question I have Bitcoins stored in my hardwired wallet, can I send bitcoin from my hardwired wallet to AmericasCardroom, and when I want to withdraw do it the same way AmericasCardroom back to my wallet? or do I have to use these sites like Blockchain as the middle man? Everyone seems to be using exchanges and I don't see anyone mentioning hardwired wallets, hence why I ask.

I have sent BTC from Gdax to ACR, it was free! Dont send from coinbase, just transfer your crypto to gdax and send from there

You can use a software wallet and not bother with exchanges.

Thanks. So I'm just curious why isn't this a more popular way with poker players as it seems everyone is using a exchange, are the fees higher with a hardwired wallet or some other reason players don't use hardwired wallets?

To me it seems the easiest option keeping bitcoins in your own wallet and sending back and forth when you need to, but just doesn't seem popular on these forums

Hello can I withdrawal in BTC even if I used a debit card to deposit? I’m just now learning about BTC and it seems quick vs check. Thanks

you have to make two deposits with btc before cashing out via btc

Depositing with BTC to ACR has become pretty ridiculous...

It will cost about $30 to send BTC from coinbase to blockchain. Then another $30 to send from blockchain to ACR.

Now, ACR's BTC price is higher than the actual price of BTC.. So, for me to send $500 to ACR will cost me about $600.

And ACR says BTC has no fees etc..

Pretty lame man.

I feel your pain, but it's not ACR's fault for the current high trans. fees

requested a BTC cash out this morning...followed up this afternoon and it said it was "complete".

Not in my wallet...support confirmed it was sent to the correct wallet address and I double checked myself.

Now 4 hours later and its still not in my wallet. I've never had a BTC transaction take this long...maybe this is standard?

Have you check your wallet for confirmations of the transaction? Miners fees are very high due to the record amount of transactions lately. Until your transaction has been confirmed, you'll be waiting a lot longer than in the past.

Why do you guys recommend not sending directly from coinbase, gdax etc. to acr? Is it only for American people? I had no problems sending from gdax to acr so far?!

Why the hazzle for deposit or cashout and sending it to blockchain first etc?

Also arent the fees for example for litecoin much lower then btc, so maybe just send in litecoin to blockchain and then to coinbase?!

Coinbase/GDAX are American companies and have to follow American laws. They have to make an effort to detect and shut down gambling transactions. So if you deposit/withdrawal directly there's a small chance of getting flagged and shut down. It's about risk management (losing account) more than anything.

For whatever reason, and if someone could enlighten me that'd be nice, people are getting huge fees with alternative currencies.

Yeah...it's stuck at 5 confirmations. After doing some research, it was sent with a "fee" of 20 Satoshis which is very small, so apparently it'll take some time for a miner to grab it and complete the transfer.

Waiting game I guess.

What's the deal with Gemini lately? Seems like the site is down most of the time. I thought it was supposed to be run by competent people.

Honestly I think people just don't want to bother with the what they think is confusion and hassle. But it's what I'd recommend.

It's not a fee issue.

There's one sure way but it's weird and might not work anymore. It'll probably be the first hit on google. I'm looking to see if there's another way.

Yeah, sorry, I promise I'll get to this. It's the follow-up for:

It's gonna be kinda long.

Looking forward to it.

I want the most efficient and cost effective way to withdrawal. Coinbase/Bitcoin threw me for a loop a few weeks ago when the price exploded. Realized how much I didn't know.

Also hate seeing people run into huge fees on deposits without warning. It's obviously horrible for the ecosystem.

Hi, I've been doing my withdraws this way: ACR -> Coinbase -> Bank Acct

Is there any way to avoid the 1.5% fee that CB charges going into my Bank Acct? Should I be usually another site or through in transfer to Blockchain wallet etc? Thanks

Can I ask if 1.5% is what Coinbase always charges when you go ACR-Coinbase-Bank account. If so that seems like a good deal.

Also have you found this withdrawl method to be effective, any issues? How long does the process you described usually take?
