They took it down site wide in response to some fraud issues. Contact support and ask it be reinstated, and they'll look into your account specifically.

why are u getting denied? are u properly verified?
03-11-2016 , 07:05 AM
1) Can I get the "up to $1,000 first deposit bonus" provided that:
- I deposit with Bitcoin Core
- I am citizen of the UK
- I am located in Cyprus (permanent residence and all current paperwork such as utility bills)

2) If yes, how much in various fees should I expect to pay while performing usual activity (deposits and withdrawals up to $200-500 per month)? Suppose I end up depositing a grand total of $2,000 and withdrawing $2,000 over the next 6 months. How much will I get "raked" by the pokerroom and the bitcoin system?

I was denied one more time before that because I wasn't 'verified'. I sent in the info and requested again. The second time they told me it was denied due to a system error, which I guess happens, whatever.

I got denied for the third time yesterday due to another system error, they had me waited on the phone for 20 mins just to "check" what happened. Almost half an hour later they basically said "oops, the system had an error again. Try your luck tomorrow"

No idea about your citizenship or current residence and how that plays into the availability of bitcoin as an option for you, I'd suggest asking support on that one. But....

1) Yes you are eligible for deposit bonuses with bitcoin deposits.

2) ACR currently doesn't charge fees for using bitcoin deposits or withdrawals. The bitcoin system is subject to the variance in bitcoin price, so you could make or lose a few bucks there while your transaction is in progress (I have actually made more over time). Various bitcoin exchanges may have nominal fees associated with their usage, like to convert bitcoin to your local currency and deposit to your bank account. YMMV. Again no idea about what this means for you in Cyprus but the associated fees here in the US I've seen are reasonable.
