It isn't interesting, it's annoying. If the thing isn't back by Monday i'll have to pay $100 just to withdraw my winnings from gambling. It's really annoying to be risk taking for weeks on end and can't even withdraw the money.

What pisses me off even more is they don't even have the professional courtesy and decency to give people at least a general time frame. What are we looking at, days? Weeks? Months? Decades? What's good though, really?

Talked to a rep a couple hours ago. The withdrawals should be back to normal. But when I asked about the time frame they were hesitant to say.

Unfortunately, I don't think it will be anytime soon. I talked to the reps couple of times and they also insinuated that it would be temporary.

Is the bitcoin withdrawal option missing for anyone else?
12-26-2015 , 06:17 PM
bitcoin withdrawal gone, don't want to pay 100+ for a WU withdrawal, any other suggestions for withdrawing?

Did a bitcoin cash out yesterday and it only took about 2.5 hours from cashout to hit my coinbase. Hopefully things are back up to speed for everyone else.

I contacted them and they told me it was not available. Is there a special password I need to whisper to them or something?
12-29-2015 , 12:07 PM
Not available as well, even after mentioning the rep from this thread.
12-29-2015 , 01:01 PM
I have contacted them also and this is their response:
Caleb W:
Due to an update that was done on the Bitcoin withdrawal processors some players are not going to have that cashout option. I advise you to use another withdraw method at the moment

So WPN rep can you please be a little more clear and tell us why some people have this option and some don't. Your post said contact support and they will hook u up. Well they aren't. If this is a temporary thing then please state so.

so im getting the same run around too. i want a bitcoin option to withdrawal i verified my whole account. I deposit threw bitcoin it only makes sense that i wanna cashout via bitcoin as well. here is the email i get back after asking why my account cant have bitcoin.

Dear Matt,

Greetings from Americas Cardroom; we value you as a player!

Please be informed that due to new Bitcoin rules, the bitcoin withdrawal option has been removed from your account. You are more than welcome to use other method such as moneygram, western union, check under bankdraft or debit cards that you need to apply from us to get it.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Should you need further assistance, please let us know.

Kind regards,

Alden

First of all, don't waste your breath, energy, or time, trying to get an explanation from them. They won't give you what you're looking for. If they say you don't have the option, that's the final answer. This is a company grounded outside of American jurisdiction, which is the only reason any of us can wager real money. Also, keep in mind, as far as I know, the illegality behind online poker is the financial transactions. Remember circle, and probably coinbase, do not allow monetary transactions related to gambling purposes. You have to lie to them about where the money is going/coming from else they'll arrest your service. They probably have no obligation to give you any more details than the end result, even though it's the right thing to do in my opinion. (I don't agree with anything they do I'm just telling you from experience so you don't suffer like me.)

Second of all, why don't you PM "Agreen," seems like he's getting rich off this program/website and has a silver spoon up his arse from the company.

yeah thats what it seems like, i told them that if i dont have that option that im not going to be playing on there site, seems shady to me that sum people have that option and sum dont, with no explanation. Its bitcoin everyone should have that option what rules does bitcoin have... its a anonymous crypto-currency. The whole deal doesnt make sense. I guess im gonna have to go back to cash games at seals with clubs.

I never liked their visuals. Betonline has bad visuals too, but not nearly as bad as SWC. Their option is still open both ways as far as I know.

For what it's worth, my theory is that the medium (circle, coinbase) that players who have had this option removed used discovered the bit coin transactions were breaking the rules somehow. That message must have been transmitted to their "processors," thereby leading to the removal of the option.

swc visuals are alot better now.. at least when i cashout i get my money within 2 hours. idk about that theory just because wallets change all the time you never know where its comming from but if that is true, they should inform us that we cant use coinbase or circle to fund.

so now i just got another email, saying that bitcoin has been removed from all accounts. can anyone that had bitcoin withdrawal verify this? And still on there email there boasting about bitcoin cashouts.

Dear Mr. xxxxxx,

Thanks a lot for your email; it is a pleasure to assist you.

Please be kindly informed that bitcoins is no longer a withdrawal option for all the accounts and has been removed from many accounts in order to comply with the new rules. We invite you to try the available withdrawal options, you can withdraw via a person to person transfer, check or request a pre-paid debit card.

The prepaid debit card option is very convenient.

Your prepaid debit card account is opened with $25.00 which we deduct from your poker account. We then send you your card, no charge, via UPS. Once you have received the card, you may request your payouts, the funds will be transferred automatically to your card within 2-4 business days from when your cash out is approved.

It is important to note that the minimum payout you can request to your card is $50 while the maximum payout would be $2,500. You can request up to $2,500 per week, but cannot request more than $10,000 per every 30 day period. Furthermore, you should not accumulate more than $10,000 in your card account balance at any one time.

You can then use your reloadable card to make purchases at retail outlets, or withdraw cash at your leisure; it is accepted internationally.

If you are interested, here are the steps you should follow to get one:

1. Scan or photograph your picture ID. The following are the IDs we accept:
-Passport (top and bottom pages with the signature and the MRZ line at the bottom should be perfectly visible and it should be signed).
-Driver's license along with a Social Security Card
- State ID

2. Scan or photograph your utility bill or bank, debit/credit card statement (we need a full page scan).
3. Scan or photograph of the form attached filled out and signed by hand.

If you don’t have a scanner, you can email us digital photos of your documents, but be sure you take them from a frontal angle, and that your documents are very well lit, and entirely in focus. You can send them to debitcards@digitalexchange.eu

We also have some reminders for when you fill out the form
- Ensure that you have filled out all the fields
- We do require the information to be handwritten
- The "ID No" that you need to write down in the form will depend on the ID copy that you are going to send, i.e: if you send a copy of your passport, then the ID No will be the passport number. The same will applies if you send a copy of your Driver's license + Social Security card.
- In addition, make sure that documents are still valid or do not expire in the following months.
- Make sure all your copies are in color

We have also attached a list of fees as charged by the prepaid debit card service provider so that you can have them for future reference.

We hope this information is useful, feel free to reply to this email in case you have further questions regarding the reloadable debit card.

We also invite you to check out more information on our promotions by visiting the following link:

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service!
