This is the exact kind of issue that live support is empowered to address.

So I've taken the plunge into the world of bitcoin. Just Withdrew small 4 figures to my blockchain account. How long would it take for it to show up to my blockchain account? And then from here I just transfer to circle? And then to my bank account?

I asked live support to help me through the process but he just gave me the link www.bitcoin.org lol. I would have liked to use moneygram or western union but $110 fee is brutal

The time it takes to show up to your blockchain account will depend on how long it takes WPN to process your withdrawal. From reports here that shouldn't take too long though.

And then yes, you will send it to your Circle account. Do you already have your Circle account verified with your bank account?

What country are you from? I know coinbase deals with far more countries than circle does

If your from a western country than there is a good chance there is an exchange out there for you

Thanks for the reply. I'm in New Zealand at the moment with a NZ bank account.

(Maybe WPN rep should update the first post as circle only works for Americans)

Edit: Coin base doesn't deal with New Zealand bank accounts. My girlfriend is American with an american bank account. She is here with me in NZ. Does anyone know if she can sign up to circle from NZ, with an american bank account?

Edit2: Should I just deposit the funds I withdrew back to poker and then withdraw again with Western Union and eat the $110 fee (I feel like paying $4k in rake should be enough to warrant a free cashout lol)

Im not sure on New Zealand. It all depends on the local laws and regulations for using a bitcoin exhange and what countries thier available in

That would probably work with your girlfriends account. She will have to verify it with circle but it would work all the same as long as you trust your gf

In general outside of the US is easier than inside. We just happen to be more up on the US processors. If you go ask this question on bitcointalk.org you'll probably get directed to an easy-to-use NZ processor.

what bank would you recommend to send transfers from circle.com ? a smaller bank or a bigger bank like BOA ? ...to avoid hassle

Been waiting on a cashout for a while today and usually I get it in a few hours. Hmm...

Of course this happens when I wanted the coin so I could buy something elsewhere ACR takes their good ole time

Yes, or visa versa.

my antivirus just flagged Blockchain as malicious. I've been going to the site every day for the last week and haven't had that happen. any one else's antivirus flag it?
06-14-2015 , 10:52 AM
blockchain.info doesn't flag, blockchain.com does. not sure if the dot com is malicious or if my antivirus is freaking out.

I just did a 2 second google search for "New Zealand bitcoin exchange" and got several different options on the top page, including bitnz.com

Amazing thing the googlez.

I found a few different sites. They are all pretty small and unknown though, a little daunting for a complete bitcoin noob, hence why I asked on here. Ended up just selling them on localbitcoin which ended up being a lot easier than I expected. Also the first post absolutely needs to be updated as it tells people to go poker --> blockchain ---> circle ---> bank account. This only works for Americans. Support wouldnt help me in the process of getting money from poker to my bank account, (a site who has rake well above the industry standard not helping a player who paid 4k in rake withdraw, and not offering a simple bank deposit is ridiculous) so obviously I'll be taking my business to one of the many other networks or sites.

You clearly don't know what the industry standard for rake is if you think that WPN charges well above the industry standard.

Can I send money from my Circle account to another person's bank account ? or am I restricted to sending to bank accounts with my own name only?

I love how quick and easy bitcoin is , but it really sucks losing $50 during the process of getting my money from circle to my bank. Was about a hour before i had the chance to get back to my computer :0/

If you're able to use your phone Blockchain.info, Coinbase and Circle all have apps so you should be able to do the whole process on the go.

You can withdraw from WPN to your blockchain wallet and when it's processed the app will give you a notification.

Then you can send to your Circle account and withdraw to your bank from the Circle app.
